The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years ending on the previous day of the last date of submission of the tender. The similar works should be of a specific nature, which includes "Project Comprising Civil Constructions works of any Multistoried RCC Framed Structure above Ground level (Basement will not be counted as storey) including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works, Firefighting, Lifts etc. under Central Govt. / State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country executed under one agreement." The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (40% of the estimated cost of the project) - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.721.85 L (50% of the estimated cost of the project) - One similar work costing not less than Rs.1154.96 L (80% of the estimated cost of the project) The bidder should have completed similar nature of works during the last seven years ending the previous day of the last date of submission of tender, with details to be provided in Form-C. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum.
