The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.721.85 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than Rs.1154.96 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - 40% of the estimated cost of the project, with a value of at least Rs.577.48 L - 50% of the estimated cost of the project, with a value of at least Rs.721.85 L - 80% of the estimated cost of the project, with a value of at least Rs.1154.96 L The bidder should have completed similar nature of works during the last seven years ending the previous day of the last date of submission of tender, with a minimum average annual financial turnover of Rs.721.85 L (50% of Estimate Cost put to Tender) on construction works during the last three consecutive years ending March 2024.
