The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.288.74 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project * Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.360.925 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project * One similar work costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. These similar works should be "Project Comprising Civil Constructions works of any Multistoried RCC Framed Structure above Ground level (Basement will not be counted as storey) including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works, Firefighting, Lifts etc. under Central Govt. / State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country executed under one agreement" and should have been completed during the last Seven years ending previous day of last date of submission of tenders. The bidder should have satisfactorily 100% completed similar works during this period. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of bids.
