The bidder should have prior work experience in similar class of work, specifically "Project Comprising Civil Constructions works of any Multistoried RCC Framed Structure above Ground level". The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.721.85 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than Rs.1154.96 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder should have completed similar works with a minimum amount and percentage. The evaluation criteria for experience in similar class of work is 20 marks, with 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria and 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more. The bidder should have satisfactorily 100% completed works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the last 7 years. The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of Rs.721.85 L (50% of Estimate Cost put to Tender) on construction works during the last three consecutive years. The bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than Rs.1443.70 L. The bidder should have a solvency of minimum Rs.577.48 L (40% of Estimate cost put to tender) or a Net-worth certificate of minimum Rs.144.37 L (10% of Estimate cost put to tender). The bidder should not have incurred any loss in more than two years during the available last five consecutive balance sheets. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder's experience in similar class of work will be evaluated with maximum marks of 20. The bidder's performance on works, including Time Over Run (TOR) and quality assessment, will be evaluated with maximum marks of 20 and 40 respectively. The evaluation of performance on works (Quality) as per assessment will be: - Outstanding: 40 Marks - Very Good: 30 Marks - Good: 20 Marks - Poor: 0 Marks The bidder should have completed works of a certain value, but the exact amount is not specified in this section. The bidder should furnish a list of all works of similar nature successfully completed during the last seven years, along with performance reports.
