The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully 100% completed similar works during the last 7 years ending the previous day of the last date of submission of tenders. The similar works should meet one of the following conditions: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.721.85 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than Rs.1154.96 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. The estimated cost put to tender is Rs.1443.70 L. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of bids. The bidder should furnish the List of eligible similar nature of works successfully completed during the last Seven years. For evaluation of the performance of the contractor for pre-eligibility, the criteria include experience in a similar class of work, with 20 marks allocated to this attribute. The marks are awarded as follows: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - In between (i) & (ii)- on pro-rata basis.
