The bidder should have satisfactorily 100% completed similar works during the last 7 years. The experience requirements are as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The specific amounts for these percentages are: - 40%: Rs.577.48 L - 50%: Rs.721.85 L - 80%: Rs.1154.95 L or Rs.1154.96 L The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder's experience and performance in similar works will be evaluated as part of the bidding process, with a maximum of 20 Marks allocated to experience in eligible similar nature of work. The bidder must have prior work experience in the field of Civil Engineering Construction, specifically in the area of specialization and interest, with the following requirements: - Three Similar completed works each of value not less than 40% of the Specialized works - OR - Two Similar completed works each of value not less than 50% of the Specialized works - OR - One Similar completed work of value not less than 80% of the Specialized works The bidder's bidding capacity should be equal to or more than Rs.1443.70 L, which is calculated based on the maximum turnover in construction works executed in any one year during the last five years.
