The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing 100% of the works under Central Govt. / State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years. The bidder should have completed similar works, with the following specifications: * Three similar works each costing not less than Rs. 1,52,49,297.00 (40%) of the estimated cost of the project * Two similar works each costing not less than Rs. 1,90,61,621.00 (50%) of the estimated cost of the project * One similar work costing not less than Rs. 3,04,98,594.00 (80%) of the estimated cost of the project These similar works should be "Projects comprising civil construction works of any Multi Storied RCC framed structure above ground level (Basement will not be counted as storey) including finishing work, Sanitary & Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Fighting work, all composite executed under one agreement /contract." Additionally, the bidder should have experience in civil engineering construction works, specifically completing works of a similar nature over the last seven years. The bidder should also have a net worth of minimum 38,12,324.00 rupees, which is 10% of the estimated cost put to tender. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the total bid value, calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed during the last five years and the number of years prescribed for completion of the works. The bidder must also undertake that they will be able to invest a minimum cash of 25% of contract value of work, during implementation of the work.
