The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works can be: a. Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project, with a value of Rs. 3,11,56,085, b. Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project, with a value of Rs. 3,89,45,106, c. One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project, with a value of Rs. 6,23,12,170. For specific types of work, such as waterproofing works, the bidder should have executed satisfactorily a minimum of three works of value not less than 40% of the corresponding value each, or two works of value not less than 50% each, or one work of value not less than 80% of the corresponding amount, with the cost of waterproofing works considered as Rs. 2.00 Cr for calculation purposes. For aluminium/glass works and structural glazing works, the bidder should have executed satisfactorily a minimum of three works of value not less than 40% of the corresponding value each, or two works of value not less than 60% each, or one work of value not less than 80% of the corresponding amount, with the cost of aluminium/glass works considered as Rs. 2.00 Cr, and the cost of structural glazing works considered as Rs. 1.00 Cr for calculation purposes. The evaluation criteria for experience in similar class of work is as follows: 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, In between - on pro-rata basis. The bidder needs to secure at least fifty percent marks in each section, including experience in similar works, and sixty percent marks in aggregate to become eligible for short listing.
