The bidder should have experience in similar nature of work during the last seven years. The experience is evaluated based on the details furnished by the bidder, with a maximum of 20 marks assigned to this criterion. The bidder should have satisfactorily 100% completed similar works during the last 7 years. The experience requirements are as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.721.85 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than Rs.1154.96 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. Similar work is defined as a "Project Comprising Civil Constructions works of any Multistoried RCC Framed Structure above Ground level (Basement will not be counted as storey) including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works, Firefighting, Lifts etc. under Central Govt. / State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country executed under one agreement." The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The evaluation of the bidder's experience is based on the following criteria: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - In between - on pro-rata basis The bidder should have had an average annual financial turnover (gross) of Rs.721.85 L (50% of Estimate Cost put to Tender) on construction works during the last three consecutive years ending March 2024. The bidder's performance on similar works is evaluated based on the performance reports, with a maximum of 40 marks assigned to the quality of work and 20 marks assigned to time overrun. To become eligible for short listing, the bidder must secure at least fifty percent marks in each section and sixty percent marks in aggregate, with a total of 100 marks. The bidder should have completed construction works worth Rs.721.85L (50% of Estimate Cost put to Tender) during the last three consecutive years ending March 2024. The bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than Rs.1443.70 L, which is the estimated cost of the work put to tender. The bidder's solvency should be a minimum of Rs.577.48 L (40% of Estimate cost put to tender), or a Net-worth certificate of minimum Rs.144.37 L (10% of Estimate cost put to tender) issued by a certified Chartered Accountant. The bidder should not have incurred any loss (profit after tax should be positive) in more than two years during the available last five consecutive balance sheets.
