The required prior work experience for the bidder is to have satisfactorily completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works should meet one of the following conditions: a. Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project, b. Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project, c. One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The values of similar works completed are as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs. 288.74L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs. 360.925L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than Rs. 577.48 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder should furnish the list of eligible similar nature of works successfully completed during the last seven years. The experience will be evaluated based on the details furnished by the bidder, with evaluation criteria as follows: 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and marks for values in between to be determined by straight line variation basis. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder's performance on works, including Time Over Run (TOR) and quality, will be evaluated, with maximum marks of 20 for TOR and 40 for quality. The quality evaluation will be based on the assessment, with marks as follows: - Outstanding: 40 Marks - Very Good: 30 Marks - Good: 20 Marks - Poor: 0 Marks.
