Project Management, Residual Design and Engineering including incorporation of HAZOP/SIL & Other Safety Studies recommendations as mentioned in Bidding Documents, Project Management, Site enabling jobs and co-ordination for the same with Owner/MPMC, Total Procurement (including supply of all items except Free issue materials, if any, equipment and construction material, first fill of lubricants, consumables, special Tools and Tackles, Commissioning Spares, Mandatory spares), Fabrication, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Inspection & Expediting, Third Party Inspection, Supplies, Transportation, Insurance, Handling & Storage of all Equipment, Materials, items and other Construction Materials at yard/Site, Tank Foundation Works & other Civil works, Fabrication, Assembly, Construction, Erection, Installation of all plant machinery including civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, Fire Protection system, Cathodic Protection System, tie-ins, Inspection & Testing, Hydrotesting, Calibration, Insulation, Painting, Obtaining all Statutory Approvals (except for Environment Clearance) & Mechanical Completion of Plant, Preparation of plant specific operating manuals, Training of Owner’s O&M personnel, supply and handing over of mandatory spares, Contract closure activities of Storage Tanks and interconnection systems as per Bid Documents, Final invoice/billing and handing over of the facilities with Final and “As Built” drawing/documentation, supply of spares with necessary support and services during Defect Liability Period for STORAGE TANKS PACKAGE WITH SINGLE POINT RESPONSIBILITY AS DEFINED IN THE BIDDING DOCUMENT
