Brick work demolition (brick, hollow / solid blocks- full or half brick walls) work includes dismantling of doors, windows, ventilators, partitions, jolly works, grill works, rolling shutters, conduits, electrical wirings, fitting / fixtures, wood works, if any, skirting, dadoing, tiles, stone cladding, etc, which are associated with brick walls. Note for Measurement :
1. Actual quantity measured in sq.m (length x height) including doors,windows,ventiloators etc., included in the Area measurement.
2. No deduction shall be made for the opening of door, windows,and ventilators in the wall 3. Doors , windows,ventilator frame and panels shall be removed properly from the wall before demolition of wall and placed at designated area.
4. No seprate payment shall be made for removal / shifting of Doors , windows,ventilator frame and panel. Rate for such activities shall be included in this item 5. Rate for demolition of RCC lintel, sill , window chajja shall be included in this item only. No seprate measurement shall be taken for these.

Loading, disposal and unloading of all kinds of debris materials through dumper /trailer, generated during dismantling of building and structures outside the NRL refinery and NRMT premises beyond NRL exit gate on per MT per KM basis. Debris to be suitably covered at the top to minimize spreading of dust during transportation. Also following to be considered by Contractor while quoting the unit rate for this item.
a). For the purpose of measurement, zero distance shall be reckoned from disposal area outside the Refinery premises to the nearest Exit gate of the Refinery/NRMT.
b). Distance (in KM)of disposal of each location to be agreed with Engineer in Charge and recorded before starting of disposal to that location. Fraction of KM to be rounded off to the nearest whole number.
c).Disposal Quantity = MT of the debris materials disposed beyond Refinery premises X Distance of disposal location in KM as defined in point(a) above
d). The estimated Quantity for this item is assuming disposal location is at a distance of 1KM outside the NRL refinery exit gate. If this distance changes, quantity will also change accordingly.

Dismantling and Reinstallation of Existing PEB shed as per instructions of Engineer In Charge (EIC) by using salvagable items such as steel structures, Roof & Wall Sheet, doors and windows, down take pipes etc. Providing required necessary accessories like fasteners and application of touch up painting if required are included in Bidders scope includibg manpower , machineries, scaffolding and non shrink grout into the new shed etc.
