Northeast Frontier Railway Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the completion of similar works in the current and last three financial years. The bidder should submit a list of works of similar nature physically completed in all respects in the current and last three financial years. A Work Completion Certificate from the organizations with whom they worked is also required. The definition of similar work is given as "Any road improvement work involving rubberised pads." The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any of the following during last 07 (seven) years: - Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. Additionally, the bidder is required to have a minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less, where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years.
