Northeast Frontier Railway Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The similar nature of work is defined as "Supply, installation and commissioning of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) or Sewage treatment Plant (STP) or Waste Water Recycling Plant, of at least 50% of the capacity of the plant being tendered in Railways/Any Govt. Sector/PSUs." The bidder should submit a list of works carried out in the past, along with certificates from the client, audited balance sheets, and other relevant documents. The bidder should also submit documents/certificates from the organizations for which they have worked, with the authorized signatory of the organization signing the certificates. The values of similar works completed are specified as a percentage of the advertised value of the tender, which are 30%, 40%, and 60% for the three categories of work, respectively. The capacity of the similar work should be at least 50% of the capacity of the plant being tendered. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum average annual contractual turnover, calculated based on the advertised value of the tender and the number of years prescribed for completion of the work. The average annual contractual turnover should be at least "V/N" or "V" whichever is less, where V is the advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the work.
