Supply and erection of control panel housing suitable for control circuit for the operation of the mast, it shall also consist of suitable control for the power tool motor including timeswitch for 50%& 100% opertion of luminaries also including automatic switching ON/OFFsystem.

Supply of foundation bolts manfactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates.

Design and casting of suitable shallow foundation with M-20 concrete (1:1.5:3) for 16 mtr high mast 07 considering the safe soil bearing capacity as found at site and as per technical specification attached. Before designing and casting of shallow foundation, testing of soil bearing capacity for erection of high mast tower and the test report of soil bearing capacity of the formation site to be submitted from recognised testing laboratries/Institution before execution of work.

Errection of high mast tower with the help of suitable equipment's & wiring of luminaries with supply of necessary wiring materials as per IS.

Supply and erection of 80 mm dia thickness not less than 4.0 mm, 3 mtr. long G.I.pipe earthing including connection to high mast with G.I.Flats size 25x5mm (2 nos per mast) including construction of earth pit, RCC earth cover slab 1/2" thick and earth continuity as per EIC at site.

Supply and laying of 50 mm dia GI pipe thickness not less than 3.6 mm for protection of cable as per direction of EIC at site.

Laying of LT XLPE insulated armoured aluminium cables as per instruction of site engineer(Cable will be supplied by Railway)

Excavation of cable trench 0.75 mtrs. below the GL with laying of armored cable and refilling the same by supply of 70mm sand and soil after digging the earth. The laying of armoured cable should be done as per direction of Engineer at site. (Cable will be supplied by Railway).

Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type Panel board 13 comprising of following items and made of MS angle, channel by MS sheet of not less than 18 SWG duly welded and painted by 2 coats of primer, two coats of finishing paint (spray paint) Doco/Nerolac brand of approved colour both in interior and exterior as per direction of EIC at site - i) 100A,4P, 18KA, Ics = 100% Icu, conforms to IEC 60947-2 MCCB - 1 nos, ii) 63A, MCB TPN - 2 nos, iii) 40A, MCB DP - 1 nos & iv) 200A 4P copper bus bar - 1 set.

Horizontal machine borring under track crossing at a depth of 2.0 mtr below GL including required size HDPE pipe observing all necessary safety for human life and others movement as per direction of engineer at site.

Laying of LT XLPE insulated armoured aluminium cables as per instruction of site engineer(Cable will be supplied by Railway)

Supply and laying of HDPE pipe 50 mm dia towithstand 8.0 Kg/sq mm pressure confirmingto IS:4984/2016 (complete with necessary jointing of pipes as per standard procedure) asper direction of EIC at site.

Supply and erection of Galvanised tubular pole 9.0 mtr long , Type-410 SP-33 having weight 164 kgs, 5.00/2.0/2.0 mtr having sectional outer dia 165.1/139.7/114.3 mm and sectional thickness 5.40/4.50/3.65 01 mm respectively as per IS:2713-1980 including suitable size base plate & cap . The work includes Carrying, loading/unloading and erection of tubular pole 9 mtr long by contactor own arrangement by digging the pit to 1/5th of the pole height. Execution of CC foundation work of size 45cmx45m in ratio 1:2:4 by cement,sand and chips of size 19 mm and down upto full depth & 1ft above the GL as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply, erection and fitting of LT Shackle insulator of size 75X90 mm complete with all accessories as per direction of E.I.C. at site.

Supply and erection of LT galvanised pole stay set comprising of 16 mm dia, 1.68 mtrs. Long stay rod anchor plate of size 15cm x 15 cm x6mm, 12mm dia turn buckle thimble, stay clamp, 7/12 SWG GI stay wire, Guy insulator etc. in CC foundation with ratio 1:3:6 including excavation and refilling.

Supply and erection of 50 mm dia 3 mtr long GI pipe for earthing thickness not less than 3.6 mm 13 including construction of earth pit, RCC earth cover slab 1/2" thick and earth continuity by 6 SWG, G I wire, GI nut bolts, earth resistance flag made of MS sheet of size 6'x4' ( with black back-ground & white readings on it ) etc as per direction of Engineer - in - charge at site. Drg ref no CEE/STD/1.

Supply, installation testing and commissioning of ONAN step down transformer, 100 KVA, 11/.433 01 KV, 3-phase, 50 HZ, vector group DYn11 Copper wound, Off load tap changing switch at +/- 7.5% in steps of 2.5% & with all accessories and standard fitting and with first filling of transformer oil of recommended group. (As per annexure "A"attached) [Confirming to IS: 2026 -1977 (Re-affirmed 1996)].

Supply, installation testing and commissioning of ONAN step down transformer, 250 KVA, 11/.433 02 KV, 3-phase, 50 HZ, vector group DYn11 Copper wound, Off load tap changing switch at +/- 7.5% in steps of 2.5% & with all accessories and standard fitting and with first filling of transformer oil of recommended group. (As per annexure "A"attached) [Confirming to IS: 2026 -1977 (Re-affirmed 1996)].

Supply and execution of suitable size CC foundation including ramp (6x3x2 mtr) in ratio 1:3:6 by 03 cement, sand and chips of size 19mm and down along with supply of steel & foundation bolts as required at site and commissioning of transformer by making connections as per direction of EIC at site. The panel shall be totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, neoprene gasket of thickness not less than 2 mm shall be used between all adjacent units and beneath all covers so that the joints are effectively dust vermin proof. The busbar chamber shall have three phase & neutral copper busbar of same ratings. The drawing of panel board should be approved by the competent authority before fabrication and commissioning. Supply, installation, commissioning and replacement of HT 11 KV GO switch 200 amps, triple pole and each pole consist of galvanized steel base, HT insulator for replacement of the existing G.O. for the feeders.
