The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing similar works within the last 7 years. The specific requirements are as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender. - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender. - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For subcontractors, the requirements are: - The subcontractor shall have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. Additionally, the bidder must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The values mentioned are: - 728242.47 - 1336219.08 - Rs 50 lakh (for subletting of work) - 35% (value of work to be subletted) - 30% - 40% - 60% of the advertised value of the tender.
