The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar works, which constitutes construction/maintenance of roads. The bidder should have completed not less than 90% of the contract value. The bidder must have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor or as a partner of JV, similar works during the last five years. The similar works should meet one of the following conditions: - Three similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 85.92 Lac each, which is approximately 25% of the estimated cost of work, with the total being 3 x 85.92 = 257.76 Lac, approximately 75% of the estimated cost of work. - Two similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 103.10 Lac each, which is approximately 35% of the estimated cost of work, with the total being 2 x 103.10 = 206.20 Lac, approximately 60% of the estimated cost of work. - One similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 171.84 Lac, which is 50% of the estimated cost of work. The estimated cost of work is Rs. 343.67 Lac. The bidder needs to provide information on the total value of civil engineering construction and/or maintenance works performed in the last three years, along with the average per year. Additionally, specific roles require certain years of experience, including: - Project Manager: 5 years as Project Manager on Highway, Bridge construction/Maintenance works - Site Engineer cum Surveyor Engineer cum Material Engineer: 4 years on Highway Construction/Maintenance works - Incident cum Road Property Manager cum Route Operation Manager: 3 years on Highway Property Management and Maintenance - Road Safety Auditor: 5 years experience, with 3 days in every 3 months.
