The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully executing similar services over the last three years, with specific requirements such as: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have successfully executed at least 01 (one) similar work costing not less than ₹4.11 crore or 02 (two) similar work costing not less than ₹2.57 crore each or 03 (three) similar works costing not less than ₹2.06 crore each during the last 03 years ending 31.03.2024 in Govt. Organisations/PSUs. The value of the contracts for similar services should not be less than ₹2.06 crore, which is 40% of the estimated bid value. The bidder should have completed works of similar nature valued at not less than ₹2.06 crore during the last 5 years. The estimated cost is ₹51,500,000, and the percentages mentioned are 40%, 50%, and 80% of this estimated cost. The bidder should have 4 years of experience and 3 years of past experience in providing similar services to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU. The bidder's average annual turnover for providing similar support staff manpower services should be at least ₹5.14 crore during the last three years.
