The bidder should have completed physical construction, shifting, erection, or dismantling of transmission line projects of voltage level 132KV or higher, involving tower foundation, erection, and stringing of not less than 06 KM cumulative length under a single work order within the last 5 years. The bidder shall have experience of successfully executing similar nature of work involving: (i) One single work/project of a value of not less than Rs. 1873.31 Lakh OR (ii) Two works/projects, each of a value of not less than Rs. 1123.98 Lakh. OR (iii) Three works/projects, each of a value of not less than Rs. 749.32 Lakh. In the case of Joint Venture, the lead partner shall meet not less than 50% of Technical Experience criteria and not less than 40% of the minimum criteria given for financial position. Each of the other partner(s) shall meet not less than 25% of Technical Experience criteria and not less than 25% of the minimum criteria given for financial position. The joint venture must satisfy collectively the criteria for which purpose the relevant experience, average annual turnover, and liquid assets credit facilities shall be added together to arrive at the joint venture's total capacity.
