Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distrubutor at the rate of 0.20 kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) - with Bitumen Emulsion CSS-1h - Normal Bituminous Surface (MoRT&H Guidelines 503)

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Providing and laying desne bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing and average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at the rate of 4.0 to 4.5 % by weight of total mix of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, lkaying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H specification clause no 507 complete in all respect (Including carriage upto initial lead of 5.0 Km from quarry and carriage of mix materials upto 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as dircted by the deaprtment) - With hydrated lime/cement as filler (refer table 500-9 of MoRT&H specification)- (i) with 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen- for Grading II (19 mm niminal size) (MoRT&H Guidelines 507)

The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoRT&H specification (MoRT&H Guidelines 803)

Retro reflectorised Traffic sign Providing and erecting of Retro-Reflectorised cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC: 67 made of high intensity encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick fixed on an angle iron of 25x25x4 mm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M-15 grade Cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level a per approved grawing and sign.
