The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * The Total Volume of civil Engineering Construction work performed in the last five years. * The annual financial turn over at least 30 % of the estimated cost in any THREE YEARS during last 5 years. * Value of the work of satisfactory completed is * One similar nature of work of value 80% of estimated amount. * Two similar nature of works each of value 50% of estimated amount. * Three similar nature of works each of value 40% of estimated amount. Additionally, the bidder should have completed works with specific quantities, including: * Cement Concrete: 1000 Cu m. * Brick Work: 800 Cu m. * Steel Work (Reinforcement): 1000 Qtl. * The cost of electric work: Rs.50.00 Lakh. * The cost of water supply/ sanitary works: Rs.30.00 Lakh. The bidder should have completed similar works with a total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last five years, with a minimum value of at least Rs. 1 crore.
