Material and labour to replace worn out DOL starter - HGS Series of capacity of 3 HP/2.2 KW, Overload relay range 4.0A-6.0A, all in Sheet steel enclosure confirming to IS/IEC 60947-4-1,IP-54, including all electrical connections and required materials lugs etc with PCC required for grouting/hanging in surface/floor/wall/panel completed all as specified and directed. Taking down old unserviceable single phase preventer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old GI Pipe upto 100 mm external surface incl all fittings and valves complete at site by removing of all foreign material from steel surfaces and cleaning throughly the surface and complete diycyling the surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (First quality) complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for making flow chart diagram of water supply size (1.5*1.5 mtr) using different colours on flex sheet as directed at site including fixing on installation complete all as specified and directed.

4th layers with filter gravel of size 03mmX05mm.

Supply and fix CI Sluice valve of type PN-1.6 and size 80 mm bore with gun metal raising spindle, both ends flanged conforming to IS-14846-2000 and drilled with necessary holes for bolts including jointing material viz nuts, bolts, rubber gaskets etc with iron wheel head including flanged joints complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 22 here-in-before but 80 mm bore.

Supply and fix cast iron foot valve 100 mm dia Class PN-1.0 with flanged conforming to IS-4038 complete all as specified and directed

2nd layers with filter gravel of size 12mmX06mm.

All as per item No 18 here-in-before but 80 mm bore.

Supply and fix single phase preventer relay for the voltage between 280 to 520 V AC (L-L) confirming to cat part no SPPA2M2 (Selec) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix butterfly valve of size 100 mm complete all a specified and directed.

Material and labour to replace worn out DOL starter - HGS Series of capacity of 5 HP/3.7KW, Overload relay range 6.0A-9A, all in Sheet steel enclosure confirming to IS/IEC 60947-4-1,IP-54, including all electrical connections and required materials lugs etc with PCC required for grouting/hanging in surface/floor/wall/panel completed all as specified and directed. Supply only PH test meter digital hand held suitable for measuring PH level of water complete with the following specifications. (a) Digital calibration (Push button) to any point within the meter's range.

Supply and fixing fabricated flat / angle iron complete Fe-290 or Fe 300 to support strainer etc as per site requirement complete all as per specified and directed

Supply only dosing pump tube (Part No - MCCP207-B) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only orthotolidine solution (OT) on 450 ml bottle for chlorine test kit complete all as per specified and directed.

Material and labour to replace worn out DOL starter - HGS Series of capacity of 2 HP/1.5 KW, Overload relay range 2.8A-4.2A, all in Sheet steel enclosure confirming to IS/IEC 60947-4-1, IP-54, including all electrical connections and required materials lugs etc with PCC required for grouting/hanging in surface/floor/wall/panel completed all as specified and directed. Supply and lay filter media using followings materials in layers as specified against each items starting from the bottom to top for 30 cm deep, complete all as per specified and directed :-

Taking down old unserviceable starter of any size.

Labour for taking out filter media complete from pressure filter of capacity 10000 GPH (over all size of the pressure filter 2000mm dia x 2795mm overall hight) and depositing the same and removal of unserviceable materials to a distance not exc 50m including complete servicing / overhaulling of pressure filter / back wash complete & repair of butterfly valves complete all as specified and directed.

Filter Sand 16 x 32 mesh.

Supply only in replacement of TDS meter for measuring electrical conductivity (EC), total dissolved solids (TDS) and having following specifications. (a) Measures Conductivity, TDS and Temperature. (b) Adjustable Conductivity to TDS ratio factor from 0.4 to 1.0 — conveniently calculates the TDS value. (d) Simultaneous display of Conductivity or TDS, plus Temperature. (e) Two ranges for Conductivity and TDS with one point calibration per range.

Material and labour to replace of worn out fully automatic star delta starter (ASD) - HGS Series capacity of 15 HP/11KW, Overload relay range 12A-18A, all in Sheet steel enclosure 415V, 50Hz, 3-Ph confirming to IS/IEC 60947-4-1, including electrical connections, lugs etc with PCC required for grouting in surface/floor/ wall/panel completed all as specified and directed. Material and labour for earthing using GI earthing strip 32x6mm complete with galvanised steel earth plate electode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level connection to and including GI strip of size 32x6mm to the extend 7.5 mtr as earth lead by means of GI bolts, Nuts etc. with provision of charcoal and salt all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including water arrangement with GI Pipe 20 MM dia (medium Grade), earth lead protection pipe 50mm medium grade with bends, elbow etc. from earth plate to test point, excavation and earth work returning, filling, ramming and removing of soil to distance not exc 50mtr, make good to match with existing surface making PCC pit (Earth chamber) having internal size 30cm x 30cm x 30cm and outer size 60cm x 60cm x 60cm with RCC reinforced cover 50mm thick and testing on completion including making test point on wall as per SSR specification all as specified and directed.

Material and labour to replace of worn out fully automatic star delta starter (ASD) - HGS Series capacity of 10 HP/7.5 KW, Overload relay range 8.0A-12A, all in Sheet steel enclosure 415V, 50Hz, 3-Ph confirming to IS/IEC 60947-4-1, including electrical connections, lugs etc with PCC required for grouting in surface/floor/ wall/panel completed all as specified and directed. Supply and fix PVDF filter nozzle mushroom type for water treatment plant corrosion resistant and compatible with pressure vessels whether threaded / flange type up to 10 Kg/cm2 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable PVDF filter nozzle complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable water pressure gauge complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out from pipe, CI Sluice valve/ NRV/ ARV/ Foot Valves etc of any size, removing from site upto 100mm, complete all as specifed and directed
