Taking down shutter and refixing in same opening, shutters of any description exc. 1.00 and n exc 2 sq.m each with existing chowkat, frame or with new chowkat or frame after necessary repair work including easing and adjusting, complete all as directed.

Taking down aluminium door, window and partition (of any type/ size) and refixing the same including necessary repairs such as straighting of edges, bringing at level with required cutting/ adjusting of any depression/ projection to the same opening complete all as directed.

S & F pressed steel door frames conforming to IS: 4351, manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25 mm thickness, size 105 mm X 60 mm, Profile C, single rebate or more including hinges, mortar guards, lock strike plate, shock absorbers complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 35 mm thick,Factory made timber species of super group and durability class I as per IS 12896: 1990 and first grade as per IS 1003 (Part-1): 2003, factory made, glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, wire gauze, etc. (without sash bar), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I section 8 Clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 35 mm thick, timber species of super group and durability class I as per IS 12896: 1990 and first grade as per IS 1003 (Part-1): 2003, factory made, panelled shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 12 mm thick veneered particle board, Grade -I, Type -I (solid core, general purpose), designation (SO GP-I) conforming to IS 3097 supplied and fixed to chowkhats. The size of style and rail as per IS 1003 (Part I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 100 mm medium weight mild steel butt hinges made out of cold reduced low carbon steel or hot rolled carbon steel as per IS 1341: 1992 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150mm aluminum extruded aluminium alloy handles (fabricated type) anodised of mat finish not be less than Grade AC 10 of IS 1868 : 1996 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F aluminium alloy sliding door bolts with hasp, staple and fixing clips of sheets, or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections of aluminium alloy, 300 mm long, anodized to a bright natural, mat finish not be less than Grade AC 10 of IS 1868 : 1996 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel and iron surface exceeding 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles throating,and roof padding as directed including necessary from work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair factory made steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with mild steel handle, and steel peg stay complete without glazing bars dovetailed or welded and making good the disturbed wall surfaces in CM (1:2) or PCC (1:2:4) type B1( including necessary arrangements to fix the same in multy storey bldgs up to G+2 with safety measures ) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair factory made steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with mild steel handle, and steel peg stay complete with glazing bars dovetailed or welded and making good the disturbed wall surfaces in CM (1:2) or PCC (1:2:4) type B1 ( including necessary arrangements to fix the same in multy storey bldgs up to G+2 with safety measures ) complete all as specified and as directed. `

Supply and fixing of aluminium sliding window three track with powder coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) including following components / specifications complete all as specified and as directed. (i) Two leaf glazed sliding shutter and one leaf gauged (fly proofing) sliding shutter with and including three track frame (ii) Opening of windows exceeding 0.90 Sqm but not exceeding 1.50 Sqm (iii) Thickness and weight per metre length of aluminium frame and section of shutter all as shown on drawing. (iv) All vertical/ horizontal joints shall be of extruded aluminium section so as to avoid any play between jointed members. (v) All other accessories such as jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, etc (vi).Glazing with sheet glass 5 mm thick ordinary quality in panels of aluminium windows, , etc. fixed with glazing clips, rubber beading and EDPM gasket (vii) Mild Steel grill shall be provided of size and design as shown on drawing (viii)Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and avergae width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples. (ix) Rest all as specified in drawing no CE (AF) SZ drawing No - AF/TD/242/15 (R), Sheet No- 1/6, 2/6, 3/6, 4/6, 5/6 & 6/6 dated 14 Feb 2017 .Note for item ser No. to :- 1. Sheet glass, MS grill and stainless steel wire mesh and all other items as shown on drawing shall be included in quoated rate. 2. Mode of Measurement : Only opening size of window shall be measured.

Supply and fix 4.8mm thick, tinted sheet glass ordinary quality,and door and windows ventilator etc with rubber packing in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane including hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size from aluminium beading ) complete all as specified

S & F 18/19 mm thick Veneered particle board, interior grade, solid core, with decorative veneers on both faces fix with screw to timber frame work as in shutter, shelves of cupboard including suitable beading to cover the exposed edges including taking down old boarding of any description and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 200mm aluminum extruded aluminium alloy handles (fabricated type) anodised of mat finish not be less than Grade AC 10 of IS 1868 : 1996 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 50mm dia, polished, hard wood knobs fixed with screws complete all as specified and as directed

S & F 75 mm medium weight stainless steel butt hinges made out of cold reduced low carbon steel or hot rolled carbon steel as per IS 1341: 1992 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix, solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm X 47 mm made out of 5 mm Prelam PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, fixed in opening all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix, factory made solid panel prelam PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded prelam PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and prelam PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail: Panelling of both sides plain PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, fixed to door frame complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 20mm bore PVC coated MS conduit drapery rods, suitable for door/widows curtain with incl necessary fancy type dooms as approved by GE, and fitted to each end, brackets and fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for structural timbers of group B, first or second choice as per IS 3629: 1986, clean sawn in scantlings and timber framed and fixed complete including dismantling frame work timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 8 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 12 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)
