Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand cushioning with clean dry sand in trenches for protection of under ground cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Thickness after punning down shall be measured for payment)

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for boring of horizontally holes by manual method under road and dia of hole not exc 100mm without damaging the exsting road, getting out and disposal of excavated soil, etc to a distance not exc. 50 meter from the site of work complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, cast in situ including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 40 mm bore, steel tubes, galvanised, light grade with all fittings, laid in floor/road crossing/drain etc as in cable protection complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 50 mm bore, steel tubes, galvanised, light grade with all fittings, laid in floor/road crossing/drain etc as in cable protection complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair for 80 mm bore, steel tubes, galvanised, light grade with all fittings, laid in floor/road crossing/drain etc as in cable protection complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, LT electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I) 1988 of size 16 Sqmm 2 core including connection by using suitable size of aluminium thimbles, connectors, cable glands, bolts, nuts etc including taking up/down existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid seperately)

Dismantling of unserviceable broken LT steel pole/Strut any size including demolition of foundation as required and making good disturbed surface complete all as directed. (Note : Earth work wherever invloved shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including one coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and providing 03 Nos band/strap with black/yellow colour paint 300mm apart from the plinth block, numbering of pole painting embedded portion of pole with one coat of black bitumenous paint complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation and Earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside serviceable materials for re-use with in 50m and removing unserviceable materials from site of work complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M & L for Cross arms bracing supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nut bolt washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including one primer coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling LT Stay assembly, of any size and unserviceable materials removing from the Site(s), complete all as specified and directed. (a) Unserviceable Stay assembly shall be taken off/dismantled at Ground Level and making good disturbed ground surface. (b) Earthwork for demolition of cement concrete shall be measured and paid separately under relevant Items of this Schedule.

M & L for Stay assembly complete with all accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 of MES Schedule Part I dia of stay rod 16mm with and including 7 / 3.15 mm galvanised stay strand complete including taking down/dismantling existing one all as specified and directed. (Note : Loop insulator, excavation & earthwork and cement concrete measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule.)

Dismantling of insulators of any type from LT poles of any size and type and setting aside complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pin type porcelain vitreous white/brown insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle two galvanised iron nut 100 mm height 65 mm dia suitable for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for shackle type porcelain, insulator vitreous, white, brown or green, including galvanised mild steel, straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts, 100 mm height and 115 mm dia, size of strap 31 mm x 5 mm and dia of bolt 14 mm suitable for 1100 volts complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green of overall dimension 90 x 140 mm, clearance of hole 25.5 mm etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of old metal surfaces of Panel Boards/ Feeder pillar board/ pole box inddor/ outdoor type of any descriptions over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) and marking the Panel Board No etc in front side complete all as specified and directed by engineer in Charge. (Note: Adjoing areas there to properly covered befor painting. Adjoing areas, floor, walls are to cleaned free of paint spillage after painting work).

S & F in repair jumper made of ACRS conductor of suitable size and binding with and including aluminium binding wire properly on the existing LT OH line complete all as specified and as directed .

S & F PVC/fibre separator for LT over head line 1100 volts conductor 3/4 wire system for horizontal spacing of conductor complete with nuts and bolts minimum 2 Nos to prevent the line touching each other on heavy wind including taking down old separator complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling existing unserviceable GI earth wire, cradles of any type from service feeder or distributor span complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for galvanised steel continuous earth wire 3.15mm or 4 mm dia suitable for LT/HT over head line complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for galvanised steel earth wire 4 mm dia (hexagonal/rectangular) used for craddle guarding suitable for LT/HT over head line complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for LT, 20 x 15 cm size including dismantling of old one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement synthetic insulating mat recommended for safety of worker, black or blue colour Class A of size 2m x 1m x 12 mm thick, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed

M & L for taking down faulty/ unserviceable LT cable of any size and make of 1100 Volt grade from any situation, finding out cable fualt and rectifications of cable fualt as directed, replaying/ re-fixing the cable after rectifications complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note: Neassary earth work and excavation, sand cushioning and brick protection shall be measured and paid seperatel) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for taking down unserviceable voltage stabilizeer of capacity 150 KVA, 3 Phase, 415 Volts of any makeand size after disconnecting and removing to AGE E/M Store yard at Likabali for opening and checking for defects and repair work involves, re-installation of the same in orginal position after repair and providing electric connections complete all directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note: (i) The repair works replacement of defective spares shall be carried out under respective items here-in-below. (ii) Any minor spares and any minor repair invlves to make the stabilizer fully functional shall be carried by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt.)

Taking out unserviceable control wiring complete from voltage stabilizer of cpacity 150 KVA, 3 Ohase, 415 Volts of unbalanced load, providing wiring loom complete made out of suitable size of PVC insulated copper conductor cable including cable lugs, connectors, channel etc complete all as per the existing specifications of stabilizer and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of analog voltmeter square type of size 72x72mm, range 30 to 300 Volts complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of 3/5 step universal printed circuit board suitable for 150 KVA voltage stabilizer all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of Synchronous motor single phase, AC 230 Volts suitable for voltage stabilizer, 150 KVA capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of Dimmer stat suitable for voltage stabilizer, 150 KVA capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of Indicator lamp of colour red, yellow and blue, 230 Volts complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of transformer oil to 150 KVA voltage stabilizer of dielectric strength not less than 40 KV complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of old metal surfaces of Voltage stabilizer of 150 KVA capacity after complete removal of existing painting and applying two coats of enamel paint (1st quality) over a coat red oxide zinc chrome primer and marking the MES/SM number and machine serial number in front side complete all as specified and directed by engineer in Charge.

M & L for chemical earthing with Solid Rod Technology, CPRI Yested Rod of dia 17.2mm, 3.0m in length having copper coating of 250 micron along with poly Plastic Pit cover and 2 Bags of Ground Enhancement Materials with Exothemic Brazing for joints as per IS: 3034 including all necessary earth work and excavation etc complete all as shown in MES Schedule Part-I and testing on completion including taking down/out of old unservceable earthing of any descriptions complete all as specified and directed. (Make: OBO BETTERMAN/ ERICO/ FURSE/ INGESCO/ JMV LPS and any other E-in-C's approved make)

Supply & Installation of advance conductive compound based chemical compound technology with upgraded high tensile low carbon steel rod as per UL 467 and as per BS 7430 with copper coating 250 microns. Earthing system confirming to IS:3034. The ROD should 17.2 mm & 3 meter length with rod to tape clamp, CR 125 (type A) additional protection of the terminal. Chemical compound should be the highly Conductive Compound as per BSEN 50164-7 with 25 kg each bag & resistivity should be 0.05 ohm. The job includes digging the pit and refilling the same by furse CEM back Fill Compound (Ground Enhancer), the BFC should be mixed with cement in 3:1 for forming conductive concrete and it should be eco friendly, not contain environmentally hazardous material/metal. The earth pit should be provided with a light weight inspection pit cover PT-205 for protection and safe guard of terminals. In areas where soil condition is bad Good earth is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing furse CEM- a convenient and permanent solution by adding with 3:1 ratio chemical compound with the earth electrode in the main component of the earthing system which is in direct contact with the ground and thus provides a mean of releasing or collecting earth leakage currents. The material should have good electrical conductivity and anti corrosion property in wide range of soil conditions complete all as specified & directed . (Make : ABB Furse CEM as per RB 336 or equivalent approved make). (NOTE :-Each earth pit should contain:- a) 1 No. copper bonded high tensile low carbon steel,17.2 mm dia, 3 meter length. b) Rod to tape clamp (type A). c) 25 kg chemical compound as per BSEN 50164-7. d) Light weight inspection pit cover with 5000 kg weight load capacity. e) Supply and installation shall be done by the authorised technician of the manufacturer)

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to galvanized steel earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part - I, including necessary excavation and earth work, P.C.C (1:3:6) type C-I with 50 mm thick Pre-cast R.C.C. (1:2:4) type B-I cover slab of size 350x350x50mm (reinforced with 10 mm dia TMT bar @ 10 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle of 12 mm dia round bar), including providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with funnel and 20 mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe (light grade), wire mesh, aluminium lugs, complete in all respect, GI earth wire protected by 15 mm bore (medium grade) galvanized iron pipe and other end connected with main switch board or Earthing test point as directed, including necessary earth work and disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and necessary testing on completion inclduing taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
