Servicing of ACBs by taking out Air circuit breakers of capacity 1250 to 1600 Amps from LT panels cleaning all parts internally and externally checking of the proper tension of the springs mechanical mechanism, tightening of connection of moving, fixed contact, floating contacts, servicing of motor, and charging system lubricating the operating/spring charging/tripping mechanism, cleaning contacts with fine emery paper and CTC and re-fixing it on its original position and testing including testing of control wiring of the respective ACBs complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate is deemed to include minor items i.e. jelly, grease, s/c copper cable upto 1.5 sqmm, screws & locking system.

All as per item No. 4.00 above but of capacity 800 Amps

S & F in replacement of 11 KV panel indicating lamp fitting LED type suitable for 110 volt / 230 volt AC complete with base complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 3 phase multifuction digital meter compatible to measure current, voltage, power factor & frequency with 3 lines LCD display in 96 x 96 sqmm flush mounted case, accuracy class 1.0 for panel complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out existing HT 11 KV VCBs, of any make from housing and cleaning, rubbing and overhauling the mechanical parts and servicing of 11 KV indoor VCB, checking of quality of vaccum interrupter, insulation resistances, static contact resistance, testing (IR value,Ratio test, Polarity test) and connection verification of 11 KV current transformer (set of three) by primary injection kit and testing and calibration of relay (set of two over current and one earth fault) by secondary injection kit including all other functional tests of VCB, C&R panel and CTs, PTs complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unservicable VCB breaker incoming and outgoing from VCB of cap 650 Amp, cleaning contacts with fine emery paper and applying petroleum jelly on the contacts, refixing at original position and testing for proper working including replacement of heating contact and insulation materials and refixing the same at existing position complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to battery bank charging machine of existing size of VCB 220 volts input and 24 volt output with replacement of burnt electric circuit and transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/replacement of battery bank of VCB of existing size and numbers 220 volts input and 24 volt output complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of the following items from the panel board with replacing the u/s including disconnecting/connecting all the cable/bus bars connections for input and output supply with necessary jointing materials complete all as specified and directed. Note : The make should be of the same size as of existing MCCB to match with existing holes / surfaces.

MCCB 250 Amps,3 pole 36 KA breaking capacity, adjustable thermal & adjustable magnetic setting complete all as specified and directed.

MCCB 100Amps, 4 pole 36 KA breaking capacity with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting complete all as specified and directed.

MCCB 63 Amps, 3 pole, 25 KA breaking capacity with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting complete all as specified and directed.

MCCB 125 Amps TP 25 KA 415 volts with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting complete all as specified and directed.

MCCB 200 Amps, 4 pole 25 KA breaking capacity with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB 160 Amps, 4 pole 25 KA breaking capacity with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to and including copper strip of size 20 x 3mm as earthing lead by means of bolt and nut, check nuts and washer of copper and strip connected upto earth test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule part I and including excavation & earth work in any type of soil, providing charcoal dust and common salt upto 15 cm above top edge of earth plate in alternate layers, construction of PCC pit in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 and 50 mm thick precast RCC cover 1:2:4 type B-1 reinforced with 8 mm dia MS TMT bars @ 150mm center to center both ways, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and watering pipe of 20mm bore GI medium grade and 32mm bore light grade pipe for earth lead protection and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed including taking down unsv earthing. Note :- Earth strip upto 7.5m length is included in the quoted rate of this item.

Repair & servicing of DG set synchronization control panel of 2x500 KVA DG set installed at TP area by rectifying the defects and checking all the parameters like auto mains failure, auto DG on off, feed back control in DG, DG automation and mainly parallel DG operation to be working satisfactorily after rectifying the defects to the full satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note: Rates of spare parts reqd for the above work shall be included in the unit quoted rate.

M& L for replacement of old unservicable On load Change over switch current rating 1600 Amps 415V, AC, 4P conforms to IEC 60947-3 with terminal shrouds, source separator and phase barrier suitable for mounting inside the existing panel or wall mounting including all the accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Modification of existing LT feeder pilllar box by replacing existing busbar of any specification and size of 04 Nos (R,Y,B,N) by disconnecting existing LT UG cable of any sizes and specification with 450 Amps rated Aluminium busbar of suitable size, alongwith suitable insulators, suitable earthing strip and supports, connection of LT UG cables and testing after completion all as specified & directed.

Modification of existing LT feeder pilllar box by replacing existing busbar of any specification and size of 04 Nos (R,Y,B,N) by disconnecting existing LT UG cable of any sizes and specification with 250 Amps rated Aluminium busbar of suitable size, alongwith suitable insulators, suitable earthing strip and supports, connection of LT UG cables and testing after completion all as specified & directed.

Modification of existing LT feeder pilllar box by replacing existing busbar of any specification and size of 04 Nos (R,Y,B,N) by disconnecting existing LT UG cable of any sizes and specification with 160 Amps rated Aluminium busbar of suitable size, alongwith suitable insulators, suitable earthing strip and supports, connection of LT UG cables and testing after completion all as specified & directed.

Modification of existing LT feeder pilllar box by replacing existing busbar of any specification and size of 04 Nos (R,Y,B,N) by disconnecting existing LT UG cable of any sizes and specification with 100 Amps rated Aluminium busbar of suitable size, alongwith suitable insulators, suitable earthing strip and supports, connection of LT UG cables and testing after completion all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix GLOW SIGN BOARD of size 5.4m X 0.6m X 0.2m size as per the specification mentioned below including dismantling and taking out old existing unserviceable board complete all as specified and as directed.

Glow Sign Board specification :- 1) Fascia:- a) Flexible substrate should satisfy the physical properties as mentioned in particular specification clause 13 b) Graphics to be computer-cut with translucent cast vinyl type. The colour/ shade shall be as approved by GE. c) The letters size and content to be printed on the board shall be as decided by GE and got approved from GE prior to use.

2) Sign Board Cabinet:- a) MS square pipe of 1” x 1” cross section & 18 gauge thickness & MS square pipes along with 1” x 1” cross section & 18 gauge thickness as stiffeners. Painted with one coat of antirust paint and 2 coats of white enamel paint. b) The box frame has to be covered from top, bottom, with 24 gauge & back side covered with 26 gauge thick GI sheets powder-coated in white color. c) Light Enhancement vinyl pasted on top, bottom, & both sides panel as well as back panel for better light reflecting properties. To reduce the number of tube light for save the electricity. d) Top panel should have drip cap with 25 mm extension and bend with shearing machine for uniform look.

3) Tensioning:- a) Aluminium L-Angle tensioning system for uniform tensioning of the sign fascia. The aluminium ‘L’ angle shall be of 2 inch in thickness to provide edge to edge lighting and to prevent rusting of the flex. 4) Electrical & Accessories a) 6 Nos of LED 18 Watt, 4 feet long along the length of the sign board. b) LED Light fittings of make Philips / Wipro / Crompton / Havells make only. c) Overlap between 4 LED lights must be minimum 75 mm to prevent dark bands. d) ISI mark insulated wires to be used for connections. Note:- a) The quoted rate by the contractor deemed to be inclusive all the above provisions. b) The additional frame work other than above if any required for fixing at site shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per item No. 20.00 above but for Glow sign board of Size 3.0m X 0.3m X 0.2m with 6 Nos of LED 18 Watt, 4 feet long along the length of the sign board.

M&L for cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections of suitable size including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of preparation of exposed surfaces, application of one coat or red oxide primer and thereafter 2 coats fo aluminium paint, including taking down old unsv cross arms complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair solar delinator MS, with pole height of 1000mm and base size 75 x 80 mm, MS powder coated pole dia 50mm, water resitant and with solar flasher, including grouting with PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 3KW automatic street light switch using infrared sensor NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of street light based on LUX level of Natural light. Sensor alongwith suitable power contractors and incoming - outgoing MCB should be enclosed and supported terminal should be enclosed in pole/wall mounted enclosure made of rust proof , electric shock proof, terminal proof and FR grade special moulding compound conforming to IP 66 protection class 2 enclosure made of thermoplastic polycarbonate and protected against weather influences and testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Single phase load of 3KW with suitable number of contractors and MCBs & circuit wiring (copper).

M&L for Painting of earth pit chamber with yellow or green stove enamelled paint and marking details ie type of earthing, earth pit number etc on MS earthing indicator plate with suitable size of alphabets complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down of unserviceable security light/flood light fittings of any watt and any make and removing of dismantled material from work site complete all as specified and directed.

S & F flood light fittings complete, 100 Watt Jeta Neo Energy saving, environment friendly, long life, LED flood light luminaire with IP-66 degree of protection complete all as specified and directed.

S & F street light fittings complete, 60 Watt LED new generation energy saving roadway luminaire IP-66 degree of protection complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair post top pathway light 40W, die cast aluminium grey powder coated housing, polycarbonate opal diffuser, 140-280 V AC, 50 Hz, suitable for 60mm dia OD pipe with locking arrangement, IP-65 protection, SPD of 5 kV complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and fixing GI pipe posts made out of 50mm dia GI pipe light grade including welding of base plate at bottom, grinding, polishing etc. including taking out old unsv item complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair multistranded round flexible copper cable PVC insulated sheathed 1100 Volts grade of size 2.5 sqmm 3 core including taking out old unsv cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia for protection of UG cables to be passed beneath the roads / floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair GI tubing light grade 20 mm dia for protection of copper / aluminium cable to be passed beneath from control box to street light complete all as specified and directed.

S&F street light junction box made from CPRI approved factory having size 200 (Width) x 150 (Depth) x 250 (Height) mm (minimum dimensions) made out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet, duly powder coated of approved shade over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally, with rain shed all side except back side, comprising of 02 nos copper bus-bar of size 20 x 4 mm mounted on suitable size spacer insulators, necessary cable entry / exit holes for upto 35 sqmm cables, nut-bolts, MS clamps of suitable size for fixing including dismantling complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in repair weatherproof ground embedded landscape pathway/garden LED light 10W with lumen output not less than 500lm, IP-67 protection, dust proof and surge protection rating upto 2KV complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of unserviciable old UG Cable of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, Galvanized steel strip or wire armoured underground heavy duty electric power cable with stranded aluminum conductor 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches/ duct/ on pole including all necessary fixing arrangement such as lugs, glands end termination etc. of cross sectional area of 16 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exeeding 1.50m in depth for foundations, trenches of cable or pipe lines etc or and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No. 39.00 here-in-above but exeeding 1.5m in depth.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meters above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning with coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable, spread to uniform 23 cm thickness and punned down gently to 18 cm after spreading complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Compacted/ punned thickness of sand layers shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class 'B' bricks, laid flat dry in trenches with width of the bricks, laid to the axis of cable for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair new Steel Tubular Poles complete with and including cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts , nuts & screws, type 410 SP-31 (9.00 metres long) including painting to the external exposed surfaces with 2 coats of aluminium paint over 1 coat of red oxide primer and with 2 coats of black bituminous paint over 1 coat of red oxide primer to the external exposed surfaces of steel poles embedded in the ground / concrete after preparation of the surfaces also numbering to the poles complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The old unserviceable Excavation/earth work, concrete for foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

M&L for Providing PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in base foundation of the pole of size 0.90m x 0.60mm x 0.15m complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type B2 (1:2:4) (using 40mm graded stone aggrgate) for pole foundation and copping of existing pole in any type of pole including provision of necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron earth lead wire of 4 sqmm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part - I, including necessary excavation and earth work abd earthing pit with P.C.C (1:3:6) type C-I with 50 mm thick Pre-cast R.C.C. (1:2:4) type B-I cover slab (reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar), including providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with funnel and 20 mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe (light grade), wire mesh, aluminium lugs, complete in all respect, GI earth wire protected by 15 mm bore (medium grade) galvanized iron pipe and other end connected with main switch board or Earthing test point as directed, including necessary earth work and disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and necessary testing on completion including dismentaling old unsv ones complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing in repair including testing of pipe in GI chemical earthing 3 mtr long 76 mm dia by drilling holes of suitable dia in soft/hard soil, including 60 Kg chemical and GI strip of size 32 x 6 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop GI earthing strip of size 32 x 6 mm including taking out old unsv item complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only Solar Street light of any specification of cap 36/45 Watt to existing steel/PCC pole complete all as specified and directed. Note : Street light fittings with bracket for fixing solar light fittings will issued by the department free for fixing.
