Supply, Install, Commissioning and testing LT feeder pillar outdoor type factory made panel board, CPRI approved factory made, outdoor type, suitable for 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 4 Wire system, 50 Hz supply, made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet, Dust and vermin proof, weather proof (IP54), powder coated with front and rear openable door shutter with seperate hinge door with locking arragnement, totally enclosed type including PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1 foundation of suitable size, and internal wiring with copper conductor cable including taking down old unserviceable panel board complete all as specified and directed comprising with the following items: (A) Incomming: (i) MCCB 160 Amps, 3 pole, 36 KA, 415 Volts, adjustable thermal magnetic release: - 01 No (B) Outgoing (i) MCCB 63 Amps, 3 pole, 16 KA, 415 Volts, adjustable thermal magnetic release: - 01 Nos (ii) MCB 6 Amps, single pole, 16 KA : - 02 Nos (iii) Digital multifunction meter with 3 Nos CTs of 20/5A - 01 Set (iv) Phase indicator for (RYB) - 01 set of three (v) Bus bar 4 strips aluminium of capacity 300 Amps, TPN of suitable size - 01 Set (Note: (i) Panel shall be of factory made and CPRI approved (ii) External terminals with tinned copper has to be provided for trimming the incoming and outgoing cables with suitable lugs of MCCB/MCB (if required) (iii) Necessary excavation and earth work for foundation shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate)

Excavating in trenches not exc. 1.5 metre wide and exc. 1.5 metre & not exc. 3 metre depth (beyond the first 1.5 metre) for foundation of poles etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair MCCB 400 Amps 4 pole, 36 KA, 415 Volts, 50 Hz including outgoing and incoming cable connection and fixing to existing panel board, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting existing road n. exc. 1.5m in depth and n. exc. 1.5m wide including making good the same to match the original surface level with plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) after laying of cables, well ramming and levelling in layers etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pin type porcelain vitreous white/brown insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle two galvanised iron nut 100 mm height 65 mm dia suitable for 1100 volts grade and including taking old unserviceable insulator, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial item No. 14 above but for 240 Sqmm 3.5 Core cable complete ditto

M & L for Cross arms bracing supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nut bolt washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including one primer coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint and including dismantling of old unserviceable cross arms, complete all as specified and directed..

S & F in repair MCCB 125 Amps 4 pole, 16 KA, 415 Volts, 50 Hz including outgoing and incoming cable connection and fixing to existing panel board, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 14 above but for 400 Sqmm 3.5 Core cable complete ditto

S & F in repair air circuit breaker 4 pole 415 volts 50Hz, front operated with thermal magnetic release (manual drawout type) of capacity 630 amps 50KA, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair MCCB 200 Amps 4 pole, 36 KA, 415 Volts, 50 Hz including outgoing and incoming cable connection and fixing to existing panel board, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 14 above but for 150 Sqmm 3.5 Core cable complete ditto

M & L for chemical earthing with Solid Rod Technology, CPRI Yested Rod of dia 17.2mm, 3.0m in length having copper coating of 250 micron along with poly Plastic Pit cover and 2 Bags of Ground Enhancement Materials with Exothemic Brazing for joints as per IS: 3034 including all necessary earth work and excavation etc complete all as shown in MES Schedule Part-I and testing on completion including taking down/out of old unservceable earthing of any descriptions complete all as specified and directed. S & F in repairs Cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with jointing maerials heat shrink type and accessories LT XLPE/PVC insulated cable including all asseccories and connections for 25 Sqmm to 50 Sqmm, 3.5/4 core cable complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in replacement synthetic insulating mat recommended for safety of worker, black or blue colour Class A of size 2m x 1m x 12 mm thick, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed

All as per Serial item No. 14 above but for 185 Sqmm 3.5 Core cable complete ditto

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for galvanised steel earth wire 4 mm dia as continuous earth wire, guards and cradles (hexagonal/rectangular) and including GI binding wire 1.6mm dia and including dismantling of old unserviceael ones, suitable for LT/HT over head line complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth for foundation, trenches for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to galvanized steel earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part - I, including necessary excavation and earth work, P.C.C (1:3:6) type C-I with 50 mm thick Pre-cast R.C.C. (1:2:4) type B-I cover slab (reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar @ 10 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle of 12 mm dia round bar), including providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with funnel and 20 mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe (light grade), wire mesh, aluminium lugs, complete in all respect, GI earth wire protected by 15 mm bore (medium grade) galvanized iron pipe and other end connected with main switch board or Earthing test point as directed, including necessary earth work and disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and necessary testing on completion inclduing taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with jointing maerials heat shrink type and accessories LT XLPE/PVC insulated cable including all asseccories and connections for 120 Sqmm to 150 Sqmm, 3.5/4 core cable complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for preparation of old metal surfaces of Panel Boards/ Feeder pillar board/ pole box inddor/ outdoor type of any descriptions over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) and marking the Panel Board No etc in front side complete all as specified and directed by engineer in Charge. (Note: Adjoining areas there to properly covered befor painting. Adjoining areas, floor, walls are to cleaned free of paint spillage after painting work).

M & L for taking down faulty/ unserviceable LT cable of any size and make of 1100 Volt grade from any situation, finding out cable fualt and rectifications of cable fualt as directed, replaying/ re-fixing the cable after rectifications complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note: Neassary earth work and excavation, sand cushioning and brick protection shall be measured and paid seperatel) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair MCCB 63 Amps 4 pole, 16 KA, 415 Volts, 50 Hz including outgoing and incoming cable connection and fixing to existing panel board, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair for 40 mm bore, steel tubes, galvanised, light grade with all fittings, laid in floor/road crossing/drain etc as in cable protection complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand cushioning with clean dry sand in trenches for protection of under ground cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Thickness after punning down shall be measured for payment)

M & L for Stay assembly complete with all accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 of MES Schedule Part I dia of stay rod 20mm with and including 7 / 3.15 mm galvanised stay strand and including dismantling of old unserviceable stay assembly, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Loop insulator, excavation & earthwork and cement concrete measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule.)

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for LT, 25 x 20 cm size including dismantling of old one complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair change over switch (side handle operated) in sheet metal enclosure, 200Amps rating, 4 pole, 415 Volts, 50 Hz and connecting up complete all as specified and directed.

M & L chemical earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 900 mm x 600mm x 5 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 m below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected with copper earth strip of size 50x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers protected by 40mm bore light grade GI pipe, funnel with 20mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering, wire mesh, including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, with 40 mm thick Pre-cast R.C.C. (1:2:4) type B-I cover slab (reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar @ 10 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle of 12 mm dia round bar), including providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with funnel, wire mesh, aluminium lugs, complete in all respect and other end connected with main switch board or Earthing test point as directed, including necessary earth work and disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and necessary testing on completion inclduing taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for repair to broken/hanging MS door of LT panel/Geeder Pillar/ Pole box indoor / outdoor of any size by necessary welding and replacing hinges, locking arrangement and handle for smooth functioning of the door complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair for 80 mm bore, steel tubes, galvanised, light grade with all fittings, laid in floor/road crossing/drain etc as in cable protection complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial item No. 14 above but for 120 Sqmm 3.5 Core cable complete ditto

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair jumper made of ACRS conductor of suitable size and binding with and including aluminium binding wire properly on the existing LT OH line complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including one coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and providing 03 Nos band/strap with black/yellow colour paint 300mm apart from the plinth block, numbering of pole painting embedded portion of pole with one coat of black bitumenous paint and including dismantling of unserviceable LT steel tubular pole,complete all as specified and directed.
