Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exeeding 1.50m in depth for foundations, trenches of cable or pipe lines etc or and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meters above the starting point complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable, spread to uniform 23 cm thickness and punned down gently to 18 cm after spreading over the cable complete all specified and as directed.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class 'B' old size bricks, laid flat dry, in trenches with width of the bricks laid to the axis of cable for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair GI pipe “Light Grade” in trenches, under floors, roads, along poles or walls including suitable size clamps for protection of cables and sealing ends complete all as specified for the following sizes of pipes :-

(a) 50 mm bore

(b) 80 mm bore

(c) 100 mm bore

Dismantling of MCCBs/Change over of any size any type duly disconnecting all electrical connections including taking out all accessories complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections/ MS Pipes including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including takingdown old unsv. one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and Fixing in repair Digital ammeter with inbuilt selector switch 0-500 Amps, three phase including making necessary connections and taking down existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repair Digital Voltmeter 0-500 volts with built in selector switch with accuracy class 1.0 complete and taking down existing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground in vertical position (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead of GI strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point and including dismantling complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The unit rate shall also include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC 1:1.5:3, type A1 cover slab, 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 140mm C/C both ways, 10mm dia plain bar lifting handle embedded in cover slab, 20 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, 15mm bore GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer etc.

Cutting/ trimming of tree branches in close proximity to over head lines to maintain a clearance of 3.0 meters from the over head line and approx height upto 15 Mtr from ground level to nearby trees complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Only effected length of over head conductor (length of only one conductor for the effected area) shall be measured as per running meter for payment purpose.

M&L for Cleaning the area including uprooting of weeds/grass and removing creepers from fencing or poles/ posts and brooming the complete area of sub station around panels, transformers and four pole structures complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair change over switches on load type 4 pole, 36 KA breaking capacity, front handle operated with sheet steel enclosure and 415 Volt complete all as specified and directed.
