M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete

M&L for rendering 15mm thuick on brick work in CM 1:4 for other than fair faces of external wall surfaces and sponge finished complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of acrylic emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer of same make over one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed for external walls Note : Arcylic emulsion of BERGER / ASIAN PAINT/DULUX etc with minimum warranty period of 05 years to be used with primer of the same make

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed out side defence land complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS work as in framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks, bolts / pully for hanging rope / hooks / plates etc and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for MS structural steel work, framed as in trusses, purlins, rafter, post etc. conforming to grade E-250 (Fe-410W, quality A) including shaped washers including necessary cutting required length, notching drilling, riveting and or welding or connecting with nut bolts with angle cleats, fish plat, gusset plate and also erecting in true position complete as directed.

S&F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or 'J' / 'L' hooks complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 11 here-in-before but plain sheet as in ridges, eves gutters, facia board inclusive of forming half round channel etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast ce- ment concrete apex stones / kerbs made of cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregates) set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing copper strip of size 20 x 3.15 mm with saddles with required porcelian insulator , fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors complete all as specified and directed.
