Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil for laying of cable etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning for under ground cable with locally available sand for protection of cable including spreading and consolidations, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches dry well burnt locally available sub class “B” bricks over sand cushioning for protection of cable complete all as per specified and directed.

M&L for returning, filling in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil.

M&L for removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point.

M & L of GI pipe 80 mm dia bore light grade with all fittings for cable protection, and fixed complete to wall, panel, pole or laid in trenches and road crossing complete.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3 ½ / 4 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 120 to 150 Sqmm, Indoor/ Outdoor type

All as per item Srl No 11.00 here in before but for of size 300 to 400 sq mm.

Supply, install, testing, commissioning of LT AMF Panel for 500 KVA DG Set , IP-65 type outdoor type made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet supported and fixed on structural frame, factory made duly fixed on the ground by PCC foundation (1:2:4 Type B-1) all as specified and directed. The panel box should have enamelled danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick, duly painted with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer (internally & externally) on the surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. The feeder pillar box is cubicle shaped, roof canopy type, with special type of heavy duty stainless steel door hinges and totally enclosed dust proof and vermin proof front and back opening with locking arrangements incl necessary control circuit connection and necessary cable connection by lugs and glands incl provision to accommodate battery separately and the following electrical items, Microprocessor based Control and annunciator Unit or Genset Controller Unit for auto or manual starting of diesel generating set & to enemerate alarm to protect the generator against out of range voltage, out of range frequency, over load, low oil pressure, high temperature, low battery voltage including necessary control circuit connection / probe connection from DG Set to control panel-01 No Note : Rate quoted shall inclusive necessary foundation for fixing AMF Panel

The LT cubicle type distribution panel should have enamelled danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick, duly painted with powder coated paint of shade RAL 7032 (internally & externally) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. The LT distribution panel must have stainless steel hinges, with special type of heavy duty stainless steel front & back door opening, locking arrangements. Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600x600x3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m depth below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to copper strip 25x4 mm mm dia by means of brass nut, bolt, washer & protection pipe for earth lead from the earthing plate to the DB/ main switch/ Panel, (25 mm bore, Light grade), watering pipe from plate to earthing pit (20 mm bore, medium grade), funnel with wiremesh. The earthing pit made up of PCC 1:3:6 type CI and pit cover made up of 40 mm thick pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type BI reinforced with 6mm dia TMT rod and suitable handle of 8mm dia TMT rod incl necessary earth work as shown in SSR Part 1 plate No.5 as specified & directed. Note:- i) The copper strip and protection pipe beyond 7.5 m length shall be measured and paid separately. However, earthwork and PCC work for the same is deemed to be included in this rate. ii) The desired value of earth resistance should be less than 2Ω , on testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained; the earthing will be redone at no extra cost, otherwise it will not be measured and paid to the contractor. iii) Form work of size 0.9m X 0.9m X 0.6m for pouring charcoal & salt is deemed to be included in this rate iv) During earth work if surface water found at site, the cost for dewatering through pumpset is deemed to be included in this rate.
