Material and labour for,25mm thick damp proof course in cement mortar (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) to horizontal or vertical surfaces mixing with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item).

Material and labour for, mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for, rendering 5 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item).

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified.

Material and labour for, 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in panel, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded FRLS copper conductor cable of size 4.0 Sqmm in and including PVC rigid concealed conduit (heavy duty) of required dia with all necessary fittings including 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded FRLS copper conductor as earth lead and connected to common earth dolly for one modular socket outlet 5 pin 15/16 Amps on independent board, complete all as specified and directed. Notes:-For industrial socket. Rates shall be measured and paid sepertely under relevant item.

Material and labour for, earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised steel earth strip 32x6.0mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including provision of concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, 50mm thick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) cover slab (Reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @15cm centre to centre bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia), provision of funnel, wire mesh, 20mm bore galvanised steel tubing (medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers of 15cm (compacted thickness), 40mm bore galvanised steel tubing (light grade) for protection of earth lead connection, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and indicated on electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I (2009) including testing on completion. Supply and fix for, LED lights fitting 1x 20W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose, complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix for, LED flood light 120 watt 230 volts AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp all as per Cat No.TRP-411-120-57-HL2-GL-NSG of Crompton or equivalent model of make as specified in PS, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory made powder coated (CPRI approved), out door type, dust and vermin proof feeder pillar box made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA steel sheet of suitable size with angle iron of 40mm x 40mm x 6mm, powder coated over a coat of red oxide primer suitably grouted in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including aluminium bus bar of 200 Amps, internal wiring with PVC insulated single core cables of copper conductor of suitable size duly numbered with tags for the circuits with hinged double door shutters (front & rear), cubical type locking arrangement and slanted roof. The size of panel boards shall be suitable for housing the accessories given here-in-under and also suitable for operation on AC 415 volt, 3 phase, 50Hz supply system including disconnecting of electric connection both incoming and out going from existing unserviceable feeder pillar boxes/ bus bar enclosers and accessories and taking out panel from the foundation. The feeder pillar box shall comprises of following items and all as specified in SSR Part-I, clause No.19.21 and as shown on drawing. Supply and fix for, sub main wiring with two runs of single core 4.0 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated copper conductor FRLSH, multi stranded, unsheathed, 1100 volts grade IS-694 marked drawn through and including PVC casing & capping medium duty (ISI marked) of required size with all accessories such as junction boxs, bends, tees etc. including one run of single core 4.0 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated copper conductor FRLSH, unsheathed stranded as continuous earth wire, complete all as specified and directed. Notes: All runs of copper conductor and one run of casing & capping shall be measured as one unit length.

Supply, laying, testing commissioning of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 35 sqmm, 4 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for,galvanised iron srtip of size 25x4mm with epoxy insulators and fixing screws etc for earth continuity conductors to test point, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the UG cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spread thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : For the purpose of payment, punned thickness of sand cushioning only shall be measured and paid for).

Material and labour for, sub class 'B' brick, well burnt, old size, flat, laid breadth-wise along the axis of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.
