S & F vertical triple pole and neutral distributed board (load line) with sheet metal enclosure, 6 ways, 415 volts with 200 Amps bus bar wall mounting type double door complete including taking down existing old DB.

S & F drawing board consisting layout of substation/details of equipment installed ,Drawings should not be submitted on Ammonia print but it shall be a color copy on white paper.Front and back cover shall be of laminated hard material or any other superior material approved by Engr-in-chrge.

Supply, install, connect, test and commision of polycarbonate made indoor type panel board off thickness 3 mm (shock proof, rust free, corrosion free, acid and chemical resistant, fire retardant, having high impact, made of halogen and silica free recyclable material), UV resistant, having high grade gasket made of polyurethane, should withstand glow wire test at 960º C should be flame retardant, the feeder pillar panel should hold type Test certificate(CPRI) with switch gear assemblies as per IEC60 439-1. 3 Phase, 4 wire ,440 volt ,AC, 50 Hz with TPN copper bus bar of capacity 600 Amps with PVC insulated colour code sleeves, mounted on porcelain insulator, complete with voltmeter, ammeter with CTs and selector switches, backup fuse, R-Y-B indicating lamp with toggle switch duly wired including locking arrangement, suitable mounting on PCC(1:3:6) foundation upto a height of 45 cm above ground level copmlete all as specified and directed. The Panel board suitable size for the following incoming and out going switch gears:- (a) MCCB 320 Amp, FP, 35 KA - 01 No (incoming) (b) MCCB 200 Amp, FP, 25 KA - 02 No (Out going) (c) MCCB 100 Amp, FP, 16 KA - 02 Nos (Out going)

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Distribution board of size 1000 mm x 600 mm x 150 mm enclosures cubical weather and vermin proof totally enclosed made out of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet machine pressed of suitable size to operate on 3 phase 4 wire system 415 Volts, 50HZ double door with front openable and PVC acrulic glass cover suitable size for checking of meter reading without opening door with locking arrangement incl inner shutters for mounting switch gear etc, suitable arrangement for fixing of electrical meter and SPN 40 to 63 Amp including pre wiring from Bus bar to Meter and Meter to MCB SPN (for pre wiring use 6.00 Sqmm Single core copper cable and suitable size of lugs for connecting from Busbar to meter and meter to MCB SPN)including bottom gland plate with sufficient numbers of circular cable entry holes, including prewired complete all as per drawing. The cost of the mounting of panel on MS Angle or PCC pedestal(foundation) required as per site is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the item. The panel will comprise of the following. INCOMING :- (i) MCCB 63 Amps FP, 415 Volt 25 KA adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic setting Ics = 100% = 01 No of Make : L&T/Havells/C&S electric/Legrand/Siemens. (iii) Aluminium bus bar 200 Amps capacity with bus bar supports, DMC/SMC insulators of CPRI approved of suitable length insulated heavy heat shrinkable sleeves etc -04 Nos. OUT GOING :- (i) MCB 32 Amp,415 Volt,10 KA, Single pole and neutral -08 Nos Make : L&T/Legrand/Siemens/Schnedier/Havells (ii) S&F only single phase electronic energy meter with LCD display of rating 5-30 Amp class 1.0, 240V 50 Hz counter type display with transparent hinge including connection from SPN to meter with 6 Sqmm copper stranded conductor including earth wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.-08 Nos

S & F board of size 1500 mm (length) X 600 mm X 100 mm (depth) made out of .63 mm GI sheet & front with acrylic sheet total enclosed with computerised letter writings of size not less than 100 mm as decided by Eng-in chrge & inside with 2 X 20 W LED tube light complete with time control switch ,MCB should be fix on 40 mm dia medium grade GI pipe of 5'' height board from piller using 20mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate including complete wiring of 2 Sqmm 3 Core copper sheathed cable 10 mtr long service connection from the pole by means of 25 mm dia light grade pipe to the board. The details to be written with computerised writing including taking down of old unsv board complete all as specified & as directed by eng-in-chrge.

S & F drawing board of shock treatment chart in colored print in local ,hindi & english language . Front and back cover shall be of laminated hard material complete all as specified & as directed by Eng-in-chrge.
