S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes far top and bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC “C” channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; Paneling of plain colour PVC sheets to be fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size,including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle,Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i)Glass/wire guage/Particle board as required shall be measured and paid seperately under appropiate item (ii) Design/pattern, profile sizes and other dimensions shall be of standard sizes and as directed

S&F Powder coated Anodised aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.), hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1no.) complete all as specified Note:-(i)Glass/wire guage/Particle board as required shall be measured and paid seperately under appropiate item (ii) Design/pattern, profile sizes and other dimensions shall be of standard sizes and as directed

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or revited, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165, including necessary prepration of surface and applying a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primercomplete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4mm thick plain sheet glass,ordinary quality fixed with Aluminum frame work not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4mm thick plain sheet glass, frosted on one side, ordinary quality fixed with Aluminum frame work not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Demoliation of cement Concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2( using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (not exceeding 2 Sqm each) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick cement concrete type B-2 (1:2:4) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as Path/hardstanding finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L prepolished chequered cement concrete tiles of 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment over cement screed 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick plaster of cement mortar (1:3) rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces of sunken slab mixed with and including water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of PU based liquid single component elastomeric water proofing menbrane on sunken slab complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling of sunken portion complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall & ceiling of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete including removing debries of the site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of existing unserviceable brick work of any description & removing debris of the site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work in two layers (10mm and 10mm) sperately mixed with water proofing compund in top layer as per manufacturers instruction and finishing the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured & paid separately

M&L for preparation of new wall surface applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic exterior emulsion paint with silicone additives of required shade additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 for finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new wall surface applying Two or more coats of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specificationover new surface over 1 mm thick wall care putty,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 5 mm thick on concrete surfaces as in ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 for finished even and fair including necessary preperation of surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing finishes,preparation of old wall surface applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic exterior emulsion paint with silicone additives of required shade additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling,Size of grid 605 x 605mm, (size of main runner 39x24.7x0.8mm, cross Tee 29x24.7mmx0.8mm, wall flange 22.2x22.2x0.65mm) hanging with 4mm dia GI wire suspenders from roof, ‘J’ hooks bolts and nuts etc, with and including 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to Aluminium framework with screws, including dismantling existing unserviceable ceiling complete all as specified and directed .

M&L Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls,beams and columns in floors,roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like including demoliation of wxsisting RCC slab of any description complete all as specified and directed .

M & L Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) flat, rought finished surfaces of concerete complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT reinforcement 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape including cranking, banding spirally for hooping columns, hooking end and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.90 mm dia (annealed) complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following course of treatment/specification from bottom to top, including of old unserviceable roof treatmnt including PCC padding complete all as specified and directed:- (i) Cleaning of old concrete surfaces of roof, picking sweeping cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust and thoroughly washing down with clean water and dried complete and providing PCC 25mm thick average thickness Type B0 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as levelling course (ii) Rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with and including water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction on existing roof surface true to level after applying cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm over RCC slab when concrete is green (iii) Applying one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.40 Ltr/Sqm. (iv) Supply and laying 3mm thick APP based olymeric membrane of approved manufacturer with weight not less than 3.50 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non-woven polyester febric weight not less than 160gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 30cm(minimum) and than inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (v) One coat of Solar reflective bituminious Aluminium paint of approved brand to be provided over the APP membrane as per manufacturers instructions. Note : (a) Work shall be carried out through specialized applicator approvrd by GE. Contractor shall submit sufficent documents/Credentials in support of Applicator whom he wants the work excuted. (b) Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done torch on method as per manufactures instructions. (c) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturers instruction

M&L cutting and uprooting and removing of tree roots and unwanted vegetation from roof and wall surfaces by digging out cautiously/safely applying acid/chemical on the effected surfaces to avoid further growth of vegetation and making good the distrubed surfaces in PCC 1:2:4 , 12,5mm graded aggregate and finishing the same in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed .
