Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr deep for taking out/ laying of under ground cable, pole, pipe, stay and getting out in soft soil strata including making good to the disbturbed surfaces such as hardstanding, footpath/ pavments complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm spread any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing, in repair, chemical dosing (metering) pump, 6 ltrs / hr @ 10 kg back pressure, electromagnetic type with suction & discharge tubing, spring loaded anti siphon valve, foot valve etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, in repair, Cast Iron Alum/ Soda pot (each having 14 Ltr) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing, in repair, 6 Sqmm, 3 core, 1100 volts grade, flat cables with copper conductor pvc insulated for submersible pump motors complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning (inside tank only) of PS Over Head Tank of capacity 9600 Gallons, 15 mtr staging height, using following stages cleaning process including arrangement of necessary T&P, labour and Chemicals etc before starting process of cleaning complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) Mechanized Dewatering (b) Sludge Removal (c) High Pressure Cleaning (d) Vaccum cleaning (e) Antibacterial spray (f) UV radiation. (g) Painting two coats of black bituminous paint on internal surface of Over Head water reservoir after cleaning the tank. Note:- (i) The entire work shall be carried out by well experienced personnel/firms having experience of similar nature of work. (ii) Entire T&P and all Safety measure during the work shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. (iii) "Date of cleaning" shall be written over the outer surface at appropriate level to be decided by Engineer-in-charge with synthetic enamel paint of letteres not less than 100mm height and the cost of the same shall be deemed to include in the quoted unit rate of the contractor.

Taking out monoblock type pump (Make-Kirlosker) of 15 HP capicity from its foundation duly disconnecting suction and delivery lines, transporting to authorised civil workshop, dismantalling, opening and sort out defective spares and parts and cleaning, servicing, greasing and replacememt of defective spares including painting of pump with two coats of synthetic enamel paint as per existing colour after and including prepration of old painted surface of pump set and transporting back the to site after repair, refixing, mounting the base to its original foundation, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- New spares as required shall be measured and paid separately under items as 'Supply only' here in after.

Supply and fixing casing bearing suitable for centrifugal type monoblock pump of capacity 15HP.

Supply and fixing Impeller suitable for centrifugal type monoblock pump of capacity 15HP.

Supply and fixing Bushing suitable for centrifugal type monoblock pump of capacity 15HP.

Taking out the existing submersible pump set (Make-calama/KSB) of capacity 10 HP duly disconnecing all electrical and mechanical connections complete with column pipe with the help of chain pully block & tripod etc from the max depth of 360 feet, transporting the same to civil authorised workshop and bring back to site after repair and replacement of defective spares for pump, rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper winding wires of suitable gauge and size as per existing, varnishing the re-winded motor and heating up the same in heat chamber to obtain the insulation resistance not less than 0.6 Ohms, make the same in serviceable condition, reassembling the motor and testing on ground including re-installation and relowering the pump set after completion of repair/replacement work complete as directed. Note : New spares as required shall be measured and paid separately as ‘Supply only’ as under:-

Chemical and bacteriological testing of water sample collected from Various pump houses of other than basistha area (Borjhar, IWT main, IWT Training, Sadilapur Transit Camp, MC Group, Md Accn Shantipur and Transit camp), The water sample should be collected as a raw water sample and treated water sample. Raw water sample should be collected at the inlet point of IR plant and treated water sample should be collected at the delivery point of IR plant or user end. The water sample have to be sent in Govt Approved laboratary and following parameter should be tested- Iron, Alkalinity, Turbidity, Calcium Hardness, TDS, Sulphate, Chloride, Fluoride, Total Hardness, Residences Chlorine, Nitrate, PH, Arsenic, Manganese, Magnesium. Note- Collection of Water Sample from all locations and testing of these samples is treated as single Job. Note : Test report of water samples shall be submitted alongwith RAR/Final Bill.

Supply and fixing in repair 80 mm bore cast iron flanged & drilled both ends Non return valve, (ISI marked) long body type, conforming to IS 14846-2000; Class PN-1.6 with iron wheel head & brass spindle including all jointing materials and mild steel nuts, bolts, washers, rubber / fibre board gaskets etc and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 120x120x120cm (internal dimension) one brick thick wall built in CM (1:4) on 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, and 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) both externally and internally, external plaster shall be up to 25cm below GL, providing valve pit cover made of 1.60mm thick MS sheet/plate, including provision of hinges, handle and locking arrangement including 40X40X3mm angle iron frame fixed on top of valve pit by means of MS hold fast 40x5mm and 150mm long, embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and wall of sub class 'B' bricks, including two coats of anti-corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
