Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 1 Nos SS-304 Perforated, Screens with suitable lifting arrangement having size of 1000 mm (HT) x 500 mm (W) x 3.5 mm (T) & having 10 mm Openings to be fitted within Bar Screen Chamber, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Submersible, non-clogging, Equalized waste Water Transfer Pump having having 7.5 m3/hr at 10 MWC head, continuous duty rating, cast iron casing, stainless steel impeller and stainless steel shaft complete directly coupled with induction motor 415 V, 3- Phase, 50 Hz of suitable capacity with 2900 RPM, IP 58 protection, class F insulation including installation, foundation as per OEM specification, electrical connection, with suitable rating of copper cables, starter panel with complete protection device such as over load current protection, phase reversal, single phasing, no voltage / over voltage protection, complete accessories such as voltmeter, Ammeter, LED indicators etc. complete all as specified in technical / particulars specification (1 W + 1 S) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Air Blowers Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Twin lobe rotary Air Blowers (1 W + 1 S=02 Nos) capable of delivering 185 m3/hr of atmospheric air at 3.7 kg/cm2 pressure, driven through "V" belt or directly coupled through flexible coupling to a TEFC motor of suitable capacity run on 415±10% V, 3- Ph, 50 Hz AC supply,complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Hypochlorite dosing system M & L for Sodium Hypochlorite dosing system consisting of one HDPE tank of 100 litres capacity, positive displacement diphragm dosing pump (02 Nos) and chemical mixture motor ( 01 No) having variable flow rate of 0-6 LPH along with motor suitable for operation at 230 V, 1- Ph, 50 Hz. supply and complete with necessary polypropylene piping, valves, strainers, low level switch and injection fittings. The pump shall have speed & stroke control, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Filter Feed Water Pump Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Centrifugal Filter Feed Water Pump (FFP) capable of 7.5 m3/hr discharge at 20 MWC head having solid handling capacity of minimum 5 mm size particles CI casing & impeller complete with all accessories, motor suitable for 415±10% V, 3- Ph, 50 Hz AC supply, pressure gauge with isolation cock, isolation valve, NRV on delivery line, strainer at suction. mechanical seal, suitable vibration elimination pads of approved design, drain pipe with valve, etc.complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge (1 W+ 1 S).

Multigrade Sand Filter Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of MS vessel filter having minimum flow rate of 7.5 m³/hr of diameter of 900 mm & HOS of 1875 mm. Filter shall be suitable for test pressure of 5.0 kg / cm2 and Working Pressure of 3.5 kg/cm2 shall include media (Pebbles, Sand, Silex, Fine Sand, Fine Silex), standard fittings like pressure gauges, sampling cock, backwash, including frontal piping and, valves. (Minimum Shell thickness of 4.0 mm & Minimum Dish end thickness of 4.0 mm).

Activated Carbon Filter Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of MSEP vessel filter having minimum flow rate of 7.5 m³/hr of diameter of 1000 mm & HOS of 1875 mm. Filter shall be suitable for test pressure of 5.0 kg / cm2 and Working Pressure of 3.5 kg/cm2 shall include media (Activated Carbon with supporting Media), standard fittings like pressure gauges, sampling cock, backwash, including frontal piping and valves. Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Non-clogging type centrifugal Sludge Transfer Pumps (P3) capable of 18.75 m3/hr discharge at 10 MWC head having CI casing & impeller complete with all accessories, motor of required capacity, delivery header with isolation valve, pressure gauge with isolation cock, level controller (with wiring) to control, etc. complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge(1 W + 1 S)

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Non clogging type solid handling pump capable of 1.0 m3/hr discharge at 6.5 kg/cm2 pressure having CI casing & impeller complete with all accessories, motor of required capacity, delivery header with isolation valve, pressure gauge with isolation cock, level controller (with wiring) to control, etc. complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Filter press having size of 5 mtr X 2 mtr X 0.8 mtr as per following specification. complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (b) Necessary foundation/plinth/platform(which is not covered in Sch 'A' part -I, Srl No 02) for installation and mounting arrangement for pumps, blowers and other equipments shall be provided as recommended by OEM and cost of the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c) Flow measuing device / instruments of suitable capacity for operation and proper process of STP, protection of equipments with necessary sensors shall be provided as per OEM recommendations and cost of the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Material & Labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI strip 32x6mm as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 40mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, RCC cover incl lifting handle, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, chorcoal and common salt in alternatee layer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for boring holes horizontally under road/pavement/hardstanding manually in soft/loose soil without cutting/disturbing the existing road surface, suitable for inserting 25 / 40 / 50 mm bore pipe at a depth 0.5m for passing of GI Pipe for water supply complete all as directed. Note:-Pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Readymade PE Manhole(with average wall thickness 9mm to 10mm or as decided by GE based on manufacturer specification ) in three Piece design (Base Shaft & Cone), multi inlet 1000mm x 315mm x 250mm, LH & RH at 45 junction with 315 to 200, 250 to 200 DWC adopter having invert depth 2.5 mtr. Sch 'A' Sec-XII {MANNING & OPERATIONS OF STP OF CAPACITY 0.15 MLD MBBR) (PHASE-II)}Note : This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under Col. 5 siginifies this fact only.

Comprehensive Maintenance and Operation of Sewage Treatment Plant of Capacity 0.15 MLD using MBBR technology including 04 sewage pumping installation at various locations and stand by DG Sets installed under this project during the first year including all connected consumables materials (except FOL for DG sets which will be provided by Deptt free of cost) round the clock (24 Hrs in 3 shifts of 08 Hrs Each) including Sunday & Holiday complete all as required & directed by Engr-in-Charge commencing from the next date of completion of Phase-I providing requisite manpower all as per OEM's recommendation each shift as under:- (i) Operator (category w.r.t. minimum wages - skilled labour) - One No (ii) Helper (category w.r.t. minimum wages - un-skilled labour) - One No Note:- (a) The scope of work shall include day to day running maintenance, cleaning of the plant and repairing if any, complaints from the concerned plant and cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) Necessary reliever shall have to be provided during "week off day" of the regular Operator/Helper without any extra cost. Duty register shall be maintained accordingly duly approved by Engr-in-Charge. (c) Water and Electricity required for operation of STP plant shall be provided free of cost by the department. (d) Timings of shifts of 08 hrs each shall be decided by GE & this aspect shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the bidders. (e) Contractor shall also be responsible for the discipline & integrity of staff deployed & shall be responsible for any lapse. (f) Plant shall be handed over in fully serviceable state after completion of contract. (g) Comprehensive maint of all the items including periodic cleaning of sewage pump(Quarterly using mechnical methoed means-heavy sucker etc) and other components shall be done as per manufacturer's instruction/manual. (h) Sufficient consumables materials shall be kept at site by the contractor to avoid disruption of services and the cost for the same shall be borne by the contractor.. (j) Maintenance of bldgs is not under the scope of this item. (k) The defect liability of Phase-I is 24 Months. Hence the rates are deemed to be quoted for repairs within & beyond the period of defect liability accordingly.
