M/L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth incl preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as spfd and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvolume aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an color having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering with self tapping screws complete as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 in sub base using 40mm graded aggregates complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 at top surface using 20mm graded aggregates comlete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for brick work in cement mortar (1:6) with well burnt best quality locally available old size brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM (1:4), and finishing surface even and smooth fair without using extra cement, with integral water proofing compound( Water proofing compound is used in only exterior 5mm plaster and used as per manufacturer instructions).

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surface of wall and applying two coats of weather coat paint(Cement based) including primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of 125KVA Silent DG Set (Diesel Generator) Water Cooled, cold starting, compression ignition, 4 Strokes, high speed Diesel Engine coupled through flexible coupling to a matching alternator developing around 155.1 BHP at 1500 RPM, 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum under NTP Conditions to IS 10002,BS 5514, DIN 6271, IS 3046 with AMF panel in water proof acoustic enclosure as per CPCB IV+ standard fix exhaust pipe complete all as specified and directed. (a) DIESEL ENGINE (PRIME MOVER) Diesel Engine liquid Cooled, cold starting, compression ignition, 4 Strokes, high speed Engine developing around 155.1 BHP at 1500 RPM (at NTP) Turbocharged 12 Volts electric battery start, complete with fly wheel and all standard fittings / fixtures including AMF engine control panel with tachometer, lub oil temp & pressure gauge, water temp guage and frequency meter including safety shutdown etc. (b) ALTERNATOR. Synchronous brushless, single bearing alternator, rated at 125KVA/100KW, suitable for continuous operation at 1500 rpm generating 415 volts at 0.8 power factor (lag) suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire system, self excited, self regulated, self ventilated, conforming to BS 2613/IS 4722, insulation class `H' enclosure IP 23 / TEFC complete with AVR with + 1% voltage regulation directly coupled to and match the above engine. (c) CONTROL PANEL AMF Control Panel shall be equipped with Multi function digital display meter.(displaying voltage, current, Frequency, Power factor, Engine Speed, Lube oil pressure,Coolant/cylinder head Temperature, Engine running hours, Engine battery voltage, Engine Running status, Generator Voltage (Ph-Ph), Generator Voltage (Ph-N), Generator apparent Power(kVA), Generator active Power(kW), Power factor, Frequency, Fuel level, Event log,Control supply Voltage. Other required switches and cutout, MCB, MCCB,Contactors, Battery charger of appropriate rating. Indicators such as Low lub oil pressure, High water /coolant / cylinder head temperature, low fuel level, over speed shall be provided in the control panel as per OEM recomenation.

(d) BASE FRAME. Made out of structural steel as per Manufacturer's recommended design/specefications. (e) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE Acoustic enclosure should be integral part of the Genset, The D.G. Set should comply with the noise limit of 75 db(A) at 01m from the enclosure surface. It shall be made of 14 SWG CRCA MS sheet or OEM recommendation with powder coated finish on outside and provided with non igniting fire retardant foam as accustic material. The doors to be provided with high quality EPDN gaskets to avoid leakage of sound There shall be four hinged doors out of which one shall be with a glass window. Internal wiring with PVC copper conductor cables, IS 694 marked, FRLS in conduit and LED light fittings (f) FUEL TANK Base fuel tank of sheet metal (14 SWG or OEM recommendation), having a capacity of ≥200litres, duly fabricated and painted, complete with drain valve, air vent, level indicator, inlet and outlet connection, locking arrangement to avoid theft of oil, and housed in the base frame. (g) BATTERY One number battery required for starting of 12 volts, 150 AH provided inside the enclosure. Make: Exide / Prestolite / Panasonic / Amaron

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft /loose/dense/hard soil complete all as directed. (only manual digging appplicable)

Supply and spreading dry coarse sand in trenches as in sand cushioning for cable protection spread to uniform 23 cm thick and punch down gently to 18 cm after laying cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Compacted thickness shall be measured and paid)

Supplying and laying localy available best qality brick used as cable cover complete all specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well rammming in layers not exceeding 25 cms in depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, fixing & testing of 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured LT electric power under, heavy duty with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3.5 core with all fixing & connecting accessories such as Aluminium cable lugs, nut, bolts, washer etc complete as specified and as directed. Note: Cable has been catered for existing panel to AMF panel and AMF panel to proposed panel. Make: Havells / Polycab / Gloster

M & L for supply,install testing and commissioning of LT indoor panel double door factory made cubicle type with bus bar chamber consisting of 4 nos of bus bar of capacity 200 Amps of copper bus bar 415 volts including digital multi function meter and Indicating lamps LED type ( R Y B) including wiring with suitable rated PVC insulated copper conductor wire and panel board shall be made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel sheet factory outlet including locking arrangements inner with 2.00 mm sheet and mounted on pedestal of 30 cm height from ground level with suitable nuts,bolts and washers etc., detachable plate shall be provided at the bottom of the panel with necessary holes suitable for termination of various sizes of cables with glands and painting with two coats of super enamelled paint over a coat of metal primer all as specified and directed, panel shall be suitable size to accomodate following items. Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm×6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25×4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Note: 02 Nos used for DG set body and 02 Nos for Panel.

Supply installation of IGBT Based Rectifier True Online Double Conversion, Inbuilt OVCD (Over Voltage Cut-off device) 3 KVA (2.4 KW) UPS, inbuilt battery (Sealed Maintenance Free Lead Acid ) with inbuilt galvanic isolation transformer having 30 min back up, The UPS should meet the EN 50091-1 & EN 500091-2 standards or Equivalent IEC standards complete all as specified and directed. Note: all items reqired to make UPS operational i.e specified wiring, sockets and other items required for installation by OEM rep, including testing are inclusive of quoted rate.
