S & F for steel work of grade-3 as per IS 10748 in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or HRIW welded tubes conforming to IS 1161: 2014 (Yst 240 Grade) complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for,anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling, size of grid 605 mm x 605 mm as per clause 10.38 of SSR Part-I (2009) including 6 mm thick,high pressure steam cured (HPSC) non asbestos fibre cement designer (primered) building boards fixed or laid to aluminium framework with screws and including dismantling existing wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for,6 mm thick,high pressure steam cured (HPSC) non asbestos fibre cement designer (primered) building boards fixed or laid to aluminium framework with screws including dismantling existing wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials & Labour for,structural timbers of group B, first or second choice as per IS 3629: 1986, in scantlings and timber framed and fixed and in any position,fixed with nails including dismantling existing timber scantling in unframed work,40 Sq cm and over in section,in any position,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with locally available best quality sub class "B" old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius with old size bricks locally available built in cement mortar 1:6 as in Manhole etc complete including demolition of old brick work built in cement mortar complete.

Materials and Labour for rendering 5 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls,including taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints,hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc. and including preparing new plastered surfaces of wall by means mechnical process / Machine as directed by manfucaturer through authorised applicator of manufacturer,s and applying two coat of 100 % Acrylic Exterior Emulsion paint in ( colours as approved) (Berger,Weather coat Advanced XP Brand/Asain Paints :Apex ultima Brand /ICI:Dulux Weather shield Max Brand/J&N:Safeguard Optima Brand painting over and including a coat of primer , up to 10 Mtr height including all necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed Note:-Water proofing compound will be deemed to included in qoated rates.

Materials and Labour for rendering 10 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:6) on surface other than fair face of brickwork and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement,including taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.,and including applying two coats acrylic distemper on walls,over and including a coat of primer on walls as per manufacturer,s instruction complete all as specified and as directed.Make;Berger (Bison)/J&N(Jensolin)/Asain Piants(Tractor)/ Nerolac (Beauty)

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old decorated plastered or unplasterd surfaces of wall including cornices, pilasters and other wall features etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing/sand paper, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and removing extra wall papdi ,peel off wall papdi by sand paper and making good with putty as per existing thickness and applying one coat acrylic distemper on old surfaces complete all as specified Make;Berger (Bison)/J&N(Jensolin)/Asain Piants(Tractor)/Nerolac(Beauty)

Materials and Labour for,Non - skid Ceramic tiles, coloured, 8 to 9 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, conforming to IS 15622, Grade B IIa,in floors etc.,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) and including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises,complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic tiles, coloured 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc.0.06 Sqm but not exc.0.11 Sqm conforming to IS 15622, economy class, grade B IIa on floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match colour over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4),with and including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for, glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 450 X 300 X 7mm thick, conforming to IS 15622, economy class, Grade B III, on vertical surface of wall such as dados, skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:3) with and including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling with and including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises,, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for, Digital Non - skid Ceramic tiles, coloured, 8 to 9mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm,conforming to IS 15622, Grade B II, in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed base including 15 thick rendering Cement mortar (1:3) with and including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling with and including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises,, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter and Re-fixing in same opening, shutters of any description obtained from exceeding 1 sqm but n exc 2 Sqm with new chowkat , frame after necessary repair work including easing and adjusting complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Prepolished chequered cement concrete tiles chemically treated , cast in rubber mould, glossy finish of approved colour, general purpose, double layer, size 30 cm X 30 cm X 25 mm thick, with mixture of white and grey cement in equal proportions and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor including laying over 20 mm thick bedding of cement mortar(1:4) including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises,, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick cement concrete M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded stone aggregates as in path/ hard standing/floor/paving complete all as specided and as directed.

Demolition of unreiforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) with and including clear vegatation in floor area to facilatate demolition of any size and section and removing unserviceable material exc 1500 mtr out side of MOD land complete all as directed as specified.

Cleaning of PVC water tanks of capacity not exceeding 500 litres including chemical treatment with Anti-bacterial agent consisting of following process: - Dewatering the tank with submersible pump, de-silting and removing of left over dirty water up to 100 to 150 mm in the bottom of the tank and sludge with special sludge pump, cleaning of walls and ceiling with special mechanized high pressure jet machines by rotary jet system at 100-120 Bar pressure (120 Kg /sq cm) which dislodges the layer of dirt, algae, fungus stuck on its surface usage of scrubbing machines for old stains and cleaning chemicals if required of make Eureka Forbes Ltd, floor of the dirty tank should be thoroughly cleaned up by fry jet cleaner to accumulate all dirt ,the remaining sludge should than be removed by sludge pumps, the dirt silt and other foreign material should further be removed by Industrial Vacuum Cleaners to make the floor totally dirt free, application/spraying of Anti-Bacterial chemicals to ensure total sterilization of tank from the inside, inside of the tank should be treated with specially developed 4 ft long ultraviolet Radiator to kill further floating bacteria/virus in order to make the tank totally clean, bacteria free and safe for storage of drinking water. All the above operations should be executed by trained workers and technicians, properly dressed along with gum boots, to work as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Materials and Labour for rendering 8 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 12 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)
