Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc laying of cables etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches/ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180 mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : For the purpose of Payment, Punned/Compacted thickness of Sand Cushioning only shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying for brick protection for protection of cable over sand cushioning cables inside the trench by using common brunt clay building bricks sub-class “B” old size brick and flat and width wise along the axis of the trench complete all as specified and directed.

M&L servicing of LT panel of any type and size by checking connection of busbar with switchgear, internal wiring system of metering devices, proper fixing of switch gear, replacing of burned/damaged insulators,connecting copper lead with held of copper lugs ,nut bolts, replacing of unserviceable copper bus bars, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of copper lead wire and copper bus bar, MCCB as required shall be measured under other appropriate items and paid seperately.

S&F Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) (sizes as ordered) with permissible Sags and providing Jumper, etc.,fixing on Electric Poles and binding to Insulators with Aluminium Binding Wire as in OH Conductors including stringing, tightening, etc., including Dismantling ACSR or AAC Conductors from the Disturbed Span including Line Spacer, etc.complete all as specified and as directed. Re-stringing to OH Line ACSR Conductor on existing Lines by un-binding from the Insulator of any description, re-fixing after stretching the Conductor, removing excess Sag, maintaining proper distance between Conductors as ordered, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :– (a)Cost of Binding Wire is deemed to be included in the QUOTED UNIT RATE.

S&F PVC Line separtor for LT overhead conductor 2 Wire system for horizontal spacing, fixed with nuts, bolts washers etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L preparing old painted surfaces by scraping and removing old paints, rust, etc. from Steel Tubular Poles (above the Planting Depth and PCC Copings of 9.0 Metre length Pole) and Mild Steel Cross Arms, Cable Protection Pipe, Brackets, etc. and applying one Coat of Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer, alternate Yellow & Black Strips Painting (4 No. Each Strip 200 mm wide) and remaining portion of Pole and Cross Arms, Cable Protection Pipe, Brackets, etc. treated with Two Coats of Aluminium Paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing old painted surfaces by scraping and removing old paints, rust, etc. from Pre-stressed Concrete Pole (above the Planting Depth and PCC Copings of 8.5/9 Metre length Pole) and Mild Steel Cross Arms, Cable Protection Pipe, Brackets, etc. and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Painting in alternate Yellow & Black Strips Painting (4 No. Each Strip 200 mm wide) and remaining portion of Pole treated with Two Coats of Exterior Weather Proof Paint and Mild Steel Cross Arms, Cable Protection Pipe, Brackets, etc. treated with Two Coats of Aluminium Paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L writing Letter on steel Tubular/Pre-stressed concrete pole (8 cm in heght ) with synsthetic Enamel paint (white) on base of black paint in round shape of 15 cm dia complete all as specified and as dirtected.

Fixing Only LT UG XLPE cable of size 25 Sqmm, 3.5 Core aid in trenches/ floors/ on wall/ run through pipe/pole and connecting to the main switches/ cut outs MCB/ MCCB/Pole with necessary lugs complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) LT UG cable 25 Sqmm, 3.5 Core will be issuued under Sch B (ii) Earthwork, Sand coushioning, brick protection will be measured and paid under appropriate Items.

Fixing Only LT UG XLPE cable of size 50 Sqmm, 3.5 Core aid in trenches/ floors/ on wall/ run through pipe/pole and connecting to the main switches/ cut outs MCB/ MCCB/Pole with necessary lugs complete all as specified and as directed.
