(b) Cleaning and clearing of blocked chocked floor trap in kitchen and bathrooms including gully trap, the waste water line connection etc by rodding or by any other suitable method and taking out the debris to a distance exceeding 200m & not exceeding 250m and covering the same with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick and drain out the floors taps, gully traps waste pipe and soil pipe with fresh water etc complete all as specified and as directed.
Note:-(i) Adequate number of workmen shall be deployed as and when complain received for immediate execution. If any complaint not attend by the contractor within a day then a sum of Rs. 50.00 will be recovered against per complain per day from the contractor.
(ii) Rate quoted above shall be deemed to including the cost of adequate T&P, equipment, safety devices etc
(iii) Proper records (date wise) of complaints received & rectified by the contractor and attendance register of trademen shall be maintained and shall be produced for verification at the time of payment of each RAR/Bill.
