M&L Premix bituminous, macadam using paving bitumen grade VG-30 any penetration content @ 4% by weight of total mix laid /rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8-10 tonne power roller and rolled to a uniform smooth surface (any consolidated thickness) complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- The contractor's quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following elements: (i) The contractor shall get the mix design done through National Test House, SEMT wing CME, Regional Research Labs, IITs, National Institutes of Technology, Govt Engineering College or any Govt laboratories and the same shall be got approved from the GE before providing Bituminous Macadam. (ii) Minimum bitumen content shall be 4 % as specified here in above If the actual quantity of bitumen to be incorporated on approval of Job mix formula is found more than minimum bitumen content as specified above there shall be no price adjustment considered.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with with RS I grade cationic emulsion @ 2.5 kg per 10 Sqm using mechanical sprayer on black top surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of which (Paving bitument VG 30 @ 92 % and 8 % waste plastic) by wieght of total mix providing and laying with mechanical paver and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Preparing bituminous surfaces of road and making 2.5mm thick centre lines, stops lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like n. exc 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with @ 5 Kg/Sqm and applying glass beads @ 300 gms/Sqm over painted surfacesspecial applicator machine aal as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs of Road Studs two way reflective of 100mm x 100mm x 26 mm ,plastic body Body weight 100 gms Reflective Panel of Amber, Red or White provided at site as per manufactuer's instructions complete all as directed

S&F in repair of solar - powered environment friendly,LED based Road stud made of aluminium-aloy shell, 100% waterproof design according to IP 65, dimention of 125mm x 125mm x 25 mm (Shank 60mm), High efficiency Mono-crystalline Solar Panel 2.4V/0.3 watt, One Ni-Mh or NL-cd rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600 MA), Six super bright LEDs with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd (Millicandela), View distance : upto 1000 Meters , Flash rate : 2Hz, Bearable Weight : 10 Tons approx, working time for 3 to 4 days provided at site as per manufacturer's instructions.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete and levelling courseall as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in coping water thrugh and like including watehreing, slightly rounded or hamfered angles and throating as directed including formwork complete.

Demolition of cement Concrete (Reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as directed.

M&L pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates for cover slab of drain, manhole/soak pit etc set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia, cut to length , bent to shape required , including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work/stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles all as directed.

Material and labour for old size sub class B Bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m men radius built in cement mortar (1:6) havising comoressive strenght not less than 75 kg/Sq cm all as specified and directed.

M & L, 15mm thick rendering in C.M. (1:6) on fair faces of brick work finished even and fair without using extra cement

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels,benching/haunching of manhole, road side drains includng use & waste of fromwork complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement ,including forms ,moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thick above or below ground level all as directed.

Taking down cement plastering on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

Fixing only of Solar- old LED based Road stud/ Cat eye after safe removal from exixting road at site all as specified and directed.

NOTES: 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. The rates for RCC/PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork, shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the item. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
