Dewatering of flocculation chamber of size 13'6" X 13'6" X 12' depth by means of pump set and removing all deposited silt, mud, sludge etc from the bottom of RCC tank and depositing at distance not exc 50 mtr, Cleaning and disinfection of entire internal surfaces of chamber using suitable cleaning agent / bleaching powder complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dewatering of Clarifier chamber of size 36' dia,14'6" depth by means of pump set and removing all deposited silt, mud, sludge etc from the bottom of RCC tank and depositing at distance not exc 50 mtr, Cleaning and disinfection of entire internal surfaces of chamber using suitable cleaning agent / bleaching powder complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparation of wall with broom or steel wire brush complete and M & L for distemper Oil emulsion /cement base paint one coat as per existing colour with arrangement of scaffolding / T&P by the contractor for inner and outer surface of RCC Flocculator tank well of any shape of the of size 13'6" X 13'6" X 12' depth complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of wall with broom or steel wire brush complete and M & L for distemper Oil emulsion /cement base paint one coat as per existing colour with arrangement of scaffolding / T&P by the contractor for inner and outer surface of RCC Clariffier tank well of any shape of the of size 36' dia,14'6" depth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of suction line,discharge line, priming line complete and painting of centrifugal motors of 50 HP-03 Nos at High lift and painting of vertical turbine pump 50 HP - 02 Nos and all gate valves,sluice valves, NRVs , suction and delivery lines and other pipe lines at low lift and high lift etc as per existing colour with two coats of synthetic enamel paints by spray painting of Asian make and removal of old existing paint by hand scrapping and wire brush preparing the surfaces by sand paper and cleaning the surface and making good damaged surface by denting,welding,grinding all as required for completion of job complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of existing/old unserviceable filter media from RCC filter chamber of size approx 3meterX 3meterX 3.5 Meter depth of water treatment plant and deposting at a distance not exceeding 50 meter and cleaning filter chamber and wall surface throughly and applying two coats of lime wash on side walls etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling of filter media using graded gravel of size between 40mm to 20 mm etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling of filter media using graded gravel of size between 25mm to 15 mm etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling of filter media using graded gravel of size between 15mm to 08 mm etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling of filter media using BARKARA coarse sand of 10 to 20 mesh etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling of filter media using BARKARA coarse sand of 16 to 32 mesh etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of jackwell from bottom by means taking out solid sludge to be disposed outside MOD Land from the starting point, White washing to complete internal walls and floors of chambers and painting to hand rail 10 meter depth and 6 meter dia approximate.( at RSPH low lift) complete all as per specified and directed & up to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking out the vertical turbine pump from the motor ,rewinding of motor of cap 50 HP of same gauge with super enamelled copper wire including removing burnt winding cleaning of slots separation of rotor and stator making insulation to all joints and replacement of existing U/S parts and testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dewatering of priming tank at RSPH of size 14x6.8x3.5 mtr depth by means of pump set and removing all deposited slit, mud, sludge etc from bottom of RCC tank and depositing at a distance not exc 50 mtr, cleaning and disinfection of entire internal surfaces of chamber using suitable cleaning agent/bleaching powder,and applying two coats of lime wash on side wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down Turbine motor of 50 HP capacity from existing position for carrying out repair works and re-assembling ,re-installing the pump set in original position including transportation to workshop and back all as directed. Note :- spare parts, winding wire required for renewal shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing in repair ball bearing suitable for turbine pump 50 HP no 321E/291E.

Supply and fixing in repair ball bearing suitable for turbine pump 50 HP no 6311.

Supply and fixing in repair MS collar as per sample.

Supply and fix power contactor 3 pole,70 amps type ML/MNX

Supply and fix power contactor 3 pole,45 amps type ML/MNX

Supply and fix bimetal overload relay MN5 direct operated 45-75 amps.

Supply and fixing Pump shaft of vertical turbine pump of cap 50 HP (Min 3 Meter long) of stainless steel as per existing sizes with MS socket, bush complete with threading, machining and groove cutting with shaft key as per sample complete all as specefied and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB 250 Amps,4 pole 36 KA breaking capacity, adjustable thermal & adjustable magnetic setting complete all as specefied and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB 100Amps, 4 pole 36 KA breaking capacity complete all as specefied and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB 63 Amps, 3 pole , 25 KA breaking capacity complete all as specefied and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB 125 Amps TP 25 KA 415 volts and making all connections complete all as specefied and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB 200 Amps,4 pole 25 KA breaking capacity,adjustable thermal & adjustable magnetic setting complete all as specefied and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB 160 Amps,4 pole 25 KA breaking capacity, adjustable thermal & adjustable magnetic setting complete all as specefied and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing in repair XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, Galvanised steel strip or wire armoured underground heavy duty electric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade,laid in trenches/duct/ on pole including all necessary fixing arrangements such as lugs,glands end termination etc of cross sectional area 95 sqmm x 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth for foundations,trenches of cable or pipe lines etc or and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in,including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where bdirected at level not exceeding 1.5 meters above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable spread to u8niform 23 cm thickness and punned down gently to 18 cm after spreading over the cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class 'B' size bricks laid flat dry in trenches with width of the bricks laid to the axis of cable for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply of chlorine test kit for water testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply of Chemical (OT solution) 500 ml bottle for chlorine test complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mm below ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick layers of charcoal dust and common salt filled in alternate layers etc and connected to and including 32x6 mm GI strip upto 7.5 mtr by means of bolts,nuts,check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected by light grade 40mm dia GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe medium grade 15 mm bore for watering and including funnel,wire mesh charcoal salt etc RCC pit cover flush to earth pit 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm TMT bar 100 mm C/C and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including exacavation and earthwork disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and testing after completion all as specified and shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.
