Excavation in trenches, not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, taking out and laying of cables, laying water tubing etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft/ loose soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc. 25 cm in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, hardcore of gauge not exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for, plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for, plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, 2nd class HW, plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc including cutting, welding etc. conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-B, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality 'A', complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Giperimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges or 20 and 30mm and web of 7mm fixed to sorrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/ intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and sheet expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre including 10mm thick Gypsum designer board with applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer including taking down existing false ceiling system, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, 100mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base floor, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, 100mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor, laid in panel and finished the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment as approved laid over and including 25mm thick consolidated sand cushion and joints filled with sand, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, rendering 15 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on walls and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat primer over 1mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.
