Material and labour for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied 0.90 litre 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Primer and emulsion application to be caned out through air less spray machine (Only mechanical application allowed except in paint application on bands/ chajja/ building edges/ borders/ projections where contrasting color as specified and directed is to be applied)

Material and labour for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @0.9 ltr (undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats of smooth interior acrylic emulsion with rich matt finish having VOC less than 50 grams per ltr complying LEEDS criteria @1 ltrs(unndiluted) /10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 2:1 ratio applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint as per manufacturer instructions complete all as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. NOTES FOR ITEM NO. 2 to 8:- (a) Sanding of surfaces to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 RPM with internal dust extraction system for clean enviroment certified by manufacturer. (b) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed by authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by GE. (c) The cost of scaffolding upto 10m height of building shall be included in the quoted rate. (d) The contractor shall upload MOU letter with any one of manufacturer and also with their authorised applicator mentioned in the tender alongwith their bid in cover-I failing which his bid will be rejected. Authorised applicator shall have valid authorisation letter from the manufacturer (Minimum regional HQs) and shall have been issued not less than 30 days from the date of commencement of the work. The authorisation letter needs to be valid for the complete period of execution of the painting work. (e) After preparation of the surface, Engr-in-Charge shall approve the same before applying primer and finishing coats. (f) Building wise stage passing register shall be maintained and shall be signed by Engr-in-Charge and contractor. (g) The equipments to be used in the work shall be certified by the manufacturer with whom the MOU been entered into. (h) Contractor shall submit approved company generated 05 years warranty card at the time of submission of RAR & Final Bill.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster of any description on brick work or stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting and clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots etc. from roof/wall for area not exceeding 1 Sqm in each job and removing rubbish off the premises including applying approved root killer chemical as per manufacturer's instructions and making good disturbed portion if required with PCC 1:2:4 Type BO (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) finished exposed surface of concrete even and smooth complete as specified and directed.
