M&L for fixing the FRP cable junction boxes of size 155 x 210 x 92 mm, with four way connector (Heavy duty) terminals for 10 - 16 sq mm, 1100V cable, IP 66, weather proof, outdoor installation type with threaded cable glands & pole mounting brackets with one SP MCB 6 Amps etc complete all as specified & directed. Make- As per list of approved makes.

M&L for making two nos hole (one at TOP portion of the pole and one at BOTTOM portion of the pole) for passing through 2.5 Sqmm, 3 Core Black PVC Insulated Single solid Aluminium conductor round service cable 1100V with in steel tubular swaged pole of type SP 31/ 55 through drill or other required T&P complete all as specified and directed.

M &L 2.5 Sqmm, 3 Core Black PVC Insulated Single solid Aluminium conductor round service cable 1100V for connection from loop /junction box to street light / security light drawn through PVC conduit with necessary clamping with necessary clamps etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of RCC pole, 7.5 m approx above ground level with one coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer on plaster/ cement surfaces & one coat of white colour anti algae or fungal paint over a coat of primer on plaster/ cement surfaces (rest of part of the pole) of any description including preparation of old painted surfaces and steel bracket to be painted with two coat of aluminium paint (second coat of paint to be carried out one day later after the first coat), over a coat of red oxide primer and writing pole number complete all as specified & directed. Note: Anti Fungal/ Algae Paint to be of Apex of Asian Paint or Weather Coat of Berger or equivalent to Dulux/ Nerolac.

M&L for painting of steel tubular swaged pole, 7.5 m approx above ground level including bracket, clamp etc with one coat of sky blue enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces (upto 1.5 m from the ground level i.e above 1.5m from ground level) and one coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces (rest of part of the pole) of any description including preparation of old painted surfaces and writing pole number complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for painting of steel tubular swaged swan neck pole, 7.5 m approx above ground level including bracket, clamp etc with one coat of sky blue enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces (upto 1.5 m from the ground level) and one coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces (rest of part of the pole) of any description including preparation of old painted surfaces and writing pole number complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for painting of steel tubular swaged pole, 10.5 m approx above ground level incl angle, clamp etc with one coat of sky blue enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces (upto 1.5 m from the ground level) and one coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces (rest of part of the pole) of any description including preparation of old painted surfaces and writing pole number complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for tubes 15 mm bore light grade galvanized with all fittings laid in trenches/ wall/ pole through MS flat (25X3 mm), nut, bolt & washers [wherever reqd] of proper sizes for protection cables complete all as specified and directed. Make : As per approved list of Makes

M&L for hot dip galvanised (as per BS EN ISO 1461 1991) brackets of 40 mm dia (medium grade), 1.5 m long for fixing LED type street light luminaires, fixing it to pole through MS Clamp, nut, bolt & washers including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed. Note: i) Any welding works related to bracket should be carried out at the factory premises of the manufacturers Make - As per approved list of Makes.

M & L for Energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, exclusive innovative dia-casting aluminium IP 66 LED flood light of 50 watt capacity, suitable for highlighting architectural facade and general purpose lighting complete after taking down old U/S one. Make : Havells/Wipro/Surya/Orient or equivalent make specified in CA.

M & L for Energy saving,environmental friendly, long life, exclusive innovative die-casting aluminium IP 66 LED flood light of 150 watt capacity, suitable for highlighting architectural facade and general purpose lighting complete after taking down old U/S one. Make : Havells/Wipro/Surya/Orient or equivalent make specified in CA.

S & F energy saving LED spike light of IP 66 using COB LED of capacity 8/9 W. Make : Havells/Wipro/Surya/Orient or equivalent make specified in CA.

Excavating in trenches manually not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding1.5 mtr in depth/ width for laying under ground cable / foundations and getting out in soft / loose soil all as specified and directed. Note: During excavation no mechanical excavator is permitted at site, contractor will do the excavation through manually.

Returning, filling in incl spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus excavating material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for protection of lT under ground cable with screen wash sand and punning to proper required cover all as specified and directed.

M & L brick protection with old size sub class ‘B’ brick for PVC under ground cable protection in trench with width equal to length of brick laid dry and flat joining each other with gap between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm over LT under ground cable all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concreteType C2 1:3:6, 40mm graded aggregate all as specified and directed.

M&L of UG cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor,1100 Volts grade,cross section area incl lugs of size 25 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as directed.

All as per item no. 23.00 here In above but size 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as directed.

S&L in repair of UG cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor,1100 Volts grade, cross section area including taking down of size 10 Sqmm 2 core complete all as directed.

M&L for boring under roads or any other specified location by required T&P without disturbing the top surface of the road for insertion of GI Pipe of 50 to 100 mm dia etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for tubes 50 mm bore light grade galvanized with all fittings laid in trenches/ wall/ pole through MS flat (25X3 mm), nut, bolt & washers [where ever reqd] of proper sizes for protection cables complete all as specified and directed. Make : As per approved list of Makes.

M&L for HDPE Double wall corrugated pipe of size 63/50 mm as per IS: 16098 Part-II-2013 and ISO 21138 & BSEN 13476-1TO 3 laid in trenches/wall for protection cables complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Double wall corrugated pipe coupler for pipe size 63/50 mm all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix timer switch astro type (Having longitude and latitude of Indian cities in memory) 250 V single phase of Max load capacity 12 KW rating with contactor rating 65/TP and MCB rating 63/TPN fitted inside steel enclosure confirms to IS/IEC 60947-4-1 with IP54 protection and H class insulation. Make : Havells, HSN Code-8537,SAP Code-IHXTS0912A or equivalent as approved.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 Metre deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-I (2009) including filling of charcoal dust , common salt all around Earth plate upto 150mm, 20mm bore GI medium grade watering pipe, 15 mm bore light grade earth lead protection pipe upto main board, funnel with wiremesh, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate reinforced with suitable handle and angle iron frame and necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil etc. complete all as specified and as directed including testing on completion.
