Bringing of approved earth from outside MOD land exc 1.50 Km but not exceeding 10.00 Km and depositing at where directed in craters of PBT and LBT area, including levelling,well ramming, forming heaps and in shapes as required at site complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Cost of all necessary excavation, loading at excavation site, unloading at PBT and LBT, royalties, transportation charges and charges for T&P is included in the quoted rate. (i) Based on the requirement, order for arrangement of earth shall be given by Enginner-in-Charge; accordingly earth shall be brought by the contractor in piece meal only as required. (ii) Before spreading the soil or earth at location, soil shall be neatly stacked at levelled surface as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iv) For measurement purpose, deduction @20% shall be made on account of voids for calculating volume of soil.

Re-collecting existing loose earth due to bombing/firing by mannual/ mechanical means and deposting the same in craters of PBT and LBT froming heaps for construction of pin (target) as per standard pratice at PBT and LBT, including well ramming by using water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- For measurement purpose, deduction @20% shall be made on account of voids for calculating volume of soil.

M&L for marking of targets at (LBT,PBT,FGT and Foul line) by spreading lime powder and preparing the same for firing operation complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Requirement for targets marking will be given by AF authority on short notice before firing.
