Note:-S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components including tightening the joints, pinning, screwing nailing,wedging, glueing, providing hinges,applying putty to level the surface, placing every part in-tact and polishing the disturbed portion & Scratching the entire wooden pallets ,filling putty to the bore holes making surface smooth by scratching it with sand emery paper, the Wooden furniture shall be French polished with high gloss finish shade as approved by GE/BSO ,after properly cleaned and smoothened the surface.Painting the steel disturbed portion & painting steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of existing shade with spray gun & apply red oxide primer where ever required after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper. All kind of work will be executed where the furniture exist in different user units of GE Rangia including BSO Furniture Yard at Rangia, and office hours only as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Note applicable for item Srl No-1.01 to 6.03).

Charpoy GI Pipe Plytop FD-220 Taking down old unserviceable long rail of GI charpoy and provn of new GI pipe 32mm dia, medium grade ISI marked long rail duly threaded as shown on drg and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Make: Jindal/Parkash Surya/TATA/Sail.

Cutting existing unserviceable long rail retrieved from above and converting into short rails as per existing pattern/design duly threaded at both ends and fixing the same after taking out old unserviceable short rail complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
