Supply Installation, fixing, testing and commissioning of Split Air conditioner unit of 1.5 TR capacity (split type unit comprising of indoor and outdoor unit white colour) electric driven, Signal Phase, 230 Volt (220-240 Volt), 50 Hz and with inbuilt air ioniser and plasma fitter for better indoor air quality, having latest model of AC with 3 Star BEE rating, having ISEER value not less than 3.50 Wh, Split AC, having rotary compressor, having Round tube Plate fin, copper tube condensor with hydrphillic coating for better protection of condenser from corrosion with R-32 refrigerant (non CFC gas), having dehumidefication feature, copper tubing, including necassary fixing arrangement complete (indoor unit at suitable place and hight inside the room and outdoor unit at suitable place outside the room)including metallic bracket with fixing bolts, anchore fashner for fixing bracket for mounting outdoor unit , insulated piping,making all electrical connections etc from Power supply socket to AC unit by providing suitable size PVC insulatated sheathed copper conductor cable size not less than 4 Sqmm x 3 core, with remote feature complete all as specified and directed by Eng in Charge. Make : CARRIERS/ O General / Hittachi / Daikin. Note :- Note : (i) Air conditioner shall be initial filled/charged with refrigerant as per OEM specified recomendation quantity. (ii) Suitable piping shall be provided of adequate length of size 5/8" for draining of condensate water from indoor unit.(iii) AC unit to be supplied with cordless remote control for operation. (iv) The condenser unit shall be copper tube with hydrphillic coating for better protection of condenser from corrosion.(v) The refrigerant to be used shall be R 32 (Non CFC compliance) as per latest technology.(vi) The AC unit shall be latest model having valid 3 Star BEE rating as on date of installation.(vii) Contractor shall submit the brochure of AC with detail technical specification and take approval of GE before procurement. (viii) Contractor shall submit the Purchase voucher, Test certificate and warrranty certificate of AC. Contractor shall obtain the Warranty certificate from manufacture and to be submitted to department. (ix) All the necessary accessories and T&P required on site for installation of indoor and out door unit of split AC and window AC shall be provided by contractor. (x) Installation of AC shall be carried out through OEM. (xi) Compresssor of unit shall be of min 10 yrs manufacture warranty and product warranty should be not less than two year. Contractor shall submit the warranty cetrificate to department. (xii) Power supply electric cable to be provided with 15 Amp metal clad Pin top and to connect with source of supply by the contractor without any cost

Note : (xiii) Additional refrigerant pipes with and including filling of additional quantity of refrigerant as required on site under guidance of OEM from outer unit to indoor unit beyond as supplied by OEM up to 10 mtrs is deemed to be included in unit rate. (xiv) All civil work for drilling the hole in wall of any thickness on site for laying the refrigerant pipe line, and electrical cable from out door unit to indoor unit of AC and to making good to match the surface as existing to be done by contractor with out any extra cost.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 130 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 4 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

S & F sheet metal enclosure with socket plug top and MCB single pole and neutral enclosure with two pin & earth plug and socket complete with MCB SP 20 Amps 240 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L providing sand cushioning with a layer of clean, dry, fine sand for protection of electric cable laid in trenches/ducts, punned down to desired thickness complete all as specified and directed. (Note: For payment purposes only punned down thickness of sand shall be measured )

M & L laying old size sub class ‘B’ brick for PVC/ XLPE under ground cable protection in trench, layed in the manner that width of brick to be peperndicular to the axis of cable , over LT under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for, broken stone or boulder hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M15 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor 100 mm thick finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for steel work of grade-3 as per IS 10748 in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or HRIW welded tubes conforming to IS 1161: 2014 (Yst 240 Grade) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated corrugated steel sheet corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

The electrode and lead shall be of copper all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (Copper strip upto 7.5 RM will be included in the item rate and copper strip beyond 7.5 RM will be measured seperately (Note : (i) Contractor shall use low reisistivity fresh agriculture soil , mixed with 4 x Bags of bentonite clay of 25 Kg each for refilling the pit to achive the desired resistance. (ii) copper strip will be laid below 60 cm from ground level and connected to test point through plinth protection (iii) Necessary cost of repair to plinth protection as per existing specification and connected plate and earth continuity conductor by providing 2 x brass nuts bolts and brazing of joints, bringing argiculture soil from out side defence land and cost of 3 x Bags of bentonite deemed to be included in the item rate. (iv) Contractor has to clear the side and disposed off the excavated soil from pit on completion of work. (v) Contractor has to submit test report of earthing after completing the earthing. (vi) Bentonite clay should be Conf to IS 6186: 1986. (vii) The cost of Copper strip of size 20X3.15 mm from top of earth plate upto 7.5 meter above ground level is deemed to be included in the unit rate of above item.and copper strip beyond 7.5 RM will be measured seperately. (viii). All the joints in copper strip and connection with Earth Plate to be welded through brazing and in addition by proving brass nut bolt and washer are deemed to be included in the unit rate. (viiii) Cost of brazing / welding and nut bolts are deemed to be included in the unit rate. (ix) Cost includes removal of excavated soil upto a distance of 100 mtrs.

The supply of pipes accompany with manufacturer's test certificates for the physical properties of copper pipes and their chemical composition . The supply of pipe line be further substantiated with inspection certificates from manufacturer's maxflow. Copper pipe (imported) shall be made of copper and suitable for a team of working pressure of 17 bar and especially made for brazed socketed type connection. Copper fitting shall be made of copper and suitable for a steam of working pressure of 17 bar and especially made for brazed socketed type connection as per BS-857. Brazing for copper in brass, joints with copper silver as per BS 857. Brazing for corner in brass, joints with copper silver as per BS -1845-1966 with use of flux. Supports shall be provided to ensure that the pipe do not sag. The spacing of support should not exceed 1.6 mm for any size of pipe. Suitable sleeves provided wherever pipes cross through wall/ slabs and all pipe clamps not reactive to copper & connected accessories through Authorised Original Equipment Manufacturer's Service Centre Engineers or through OEM Certified Agencies as approved by GE, complete all as specified .

Supply and fix for, surface mounted imported oxygen gas outlet point conforming to NFPA 99 specifications for gas outlet complete all as specified and indicated below :- (a) The outlets shall be UL listed, CSA certified fully compliance with latest edition of NFPA-99. (b) Consisting of a gas specific rough in assembly latch valve assembly and cover plate. (c) Rough in assembly of modular design, a brass outlet block shall be attached to the mounting bracket to permit 1/2" OD type-K copper inlet tube to swivel 360 degrees for attachment to the piping system. (d) The outlet equipped with a primary and secondary check valve. (e) Latch valve assembly shall include a single compression seal primary valve. It shall be indexed to the corresponding rough in assembly to avoid accidental cross connection. (f) Single piece chromed fascia plate shall frame the outlet with the back rough-in-mounted. The outlet shall adjust from 3/8" (10mm) to 11" (25 mm) variation in wall thickness. (g) A large full colour coded front plate for ease of gas identification. (h) There shall be a push button release mechanism for disconnecting apparatus and shall be accessible from top bottom and side of the outlet & connected accessories through Authorised Original Equipment Manufacturer's Service Centre Engineers or through OEM Certified Agencies as approved by GE, complete all as specified

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of oxygen flow meter with humidifier bottle (indegenous). The back pressure compensated flow meter shall be accurate gas flow measurement and control within a range of 0-15 LPM for use in a variety of respiratory therapy gas delivery system. The flow tube and shroud component shall be made of brass duly nickel chrome plated. Flow meter shall be supplied with bubble type humidifier bottle. The humidifier bottle shall be of unbreakable materials, & connected accessories through Authorised Original Equipment Manufacturer's Service Centre Engineers or through OEM Certified Agencies as approved by GE, complete all as specified .
