S&F for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead copper/aluminium fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. including insulators, nut bolts, etc. as required 20x3mm copper strip complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing PCC pit in plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) and RCC cover of size 450x450x50mm in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced with and including 8.0mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm centre to centre both ways including demolation and removing of broken RCC cover in existing at site complete all as specified and as directed

S&F copper rod of size 12mm dia and 300mm long air termination, single pointed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F thermoplastic weather proof empty box (IP-65) with plane wall of adequate size, fixed on wall with provision of nuts, bolts, washer, etc. including fixing of test point terminal block inside the box, made out of gun metal or phosphorous bronze of size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia, 25mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified and as directed. .

M&L for copper/brass nuts, bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exc. 5cm long and diameter of neck 5mm to 10mm for connection of earthing strip including making necessary hole of required diameter complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for magnesium sulphate (25 Kgs) / earthing compound bag complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chemical earthing electrode advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintanance free pipe-in-pipe technology upgraded (Zinc & Alloy Coated), zinc coated (80-100) microns with pure zinc (99.9%) and alloy coating (200-250) microns, earthing system confirming IS 3034. The outer & inner pipe should be 76.2mm & 41.9mm dia (dimention may vary + 1mm), 3m length,zinc coated with additional special alloy coating 300mm on the topside for additional corrosion protection of the terminal. The annular space between the pipes being filled up with COMPACT FILL (CF) (crystalline conductive compound). The compact fill (CF) misture which is machine pressed in the pipes should not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes. The inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity, the job includes digging the pits and refilling the same by electrodite/conductolite back fill compound (Ground Enhancer), the BFC should be eco friendly, it should not contain enviromentally hazardous material/metal having RoHS certification from NABL Accredited Lab. Good earth is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing the same with BFC 3 bags (25 KG each) including PCC pit in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and RCC cover of size 450x450x50mm in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced with and including 8.0mm dia TMT bars @100mm centre to centre both ways complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : The contract sum shall be derieved by deducting the amount shown in schedule of credit attached to this tender from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
