Dismantling stay assembly of any description and any size including MS clamps with nut-bolt-washers, demolition of Cement Concrete (as/if required) and made good disturbed Ground, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: Unserviceable stay assembly will be dismantled at Ground Level and disturbed ground will made good as directed for which Earthwork, demolition of Cement Concrete, etc. will not be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m & depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches/ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 230mm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only will be measured and paid for.

Supply & Laying Fly ash Bricks, well burnt, laid breadth wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cutting existing bituminous road/hard standing not exc 60x90cm in wide & depth getting out excavated material for laying cable/GI tube, returning filling, sand filling of 45cm & well rammaing watering, finishing suraface of depth not less than 25 cm from top using PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate); including removal of surplus soil complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

S&F of Galvanised Iron Pipe 50mm bore (dia) ‘light grade’ for protection of UG Cable, laid under Floors or Road Crossing, fixing to Pole with and including Mild Steel Clamps, Nuts, Bolts, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No. 11 here-in-above, but for 80mm bore (dia) pipe, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & laying of LT XLPE insulated cable, sheathed, screened, PVC bedded, Galvanised Steel Strip or Wire armoured, Electic Power Cable (heavy duty) with Aluminium Conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross-sectional area 400 Sqmm 3.5 Core, laid in Pipe/ Ducts/ Trenches/ under Floor/ under Road/ fixing on pole/ above floor including Testing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : Earthworks, Sand Cushioning, Bricks, GI Pipe, etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate Items.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Factory made (CPRI Approved) floor mounted Outdoor cubical type LT Feeder pillar box of size 1000 X 700 X 450 MM fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA Sheet and angle iron 50 X 50 X 6 mm frame totally enclosed dust and vermin proof both side hinge opening arrangement on front and back, centre openable double door with locking arrangements, cable entry and exit from bottom with cable glands and gaskets, earth strip connections, Digital VAF Meter- 01 Set (Make- L&T/ Schneider/ Legrand/ Siemens), including LED indicating lamps- 03 Nos (Make- L&T/ Schneider/ Legrand/ Siemens), internal wiring of suitable size to be used for incoming and outgoing connection of all switches/MCCB's & Bus-bar. Supply, installation, commission and testing of Factory made Out door cubical type LT Bus-bar chamber of 800x500x1000mm with 4 nos 40x8mm aluminium strip bus-bar, suitable for 3 Phase, padestal mounted (height of padestal 1500mm above floor level) totally enclosed weather, dust and vermin proof (Protection Class IP-54) made out of not less than 45 X 45 X 6 mm angle iron frame with cable entry exit through bottom with double compression copper stainless steel cable glands and gaskets and 3.15 mm thick MS CRCA sheet front and back openable door with proper hinge and locking arrangements, painted externally and internally with powder coat painting (RAL-7032) of gray colour after necessary preparation of surfaces incl. necessary PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 as in foundation all as specified and as directed, comprising of the following :- (a) Internal wiring with copper conductor cable of suitable size-1Job. (b) Bus-bar shall be insulated with colour codes/ Sleeves/ Taps.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead of 32x6 mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel , procteded by GI pipe 40 mm bore( light grade) and watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe (med grade) and chamber and coping shall be in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone agg. 50 mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agg. reinforced with 8 mm dia MS tor bar @ 80 mm c/c both ways including excvation and earth work and removal of surplus soil complete all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR PT 1, 1991 with charcoal dust and salt complete and earth lead connected to earthing test point (up to main switches, DBs), complete all as specified & testing on completion. NOTE:- (i) item includes the cost of 1.5 mtr length GI pipe for protection for GI earth lead. (ii) item rates includes the cost of 7.5 mtr GI earth lead.
