(e) Transformer shall be Dispatch only after Inspection Clearance by Inspecting Officer as nominated by Accepting Officer.

(f) Necessary Foundation in Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregates) of Transformer (as per IS-10028-2/ Manufacturers recommendation but Height not less than 500mm above Natural Ground Level including Earth Works, Formwork, etc.) and Cattle Fencing with Open-able Gate (1.20 Metre to 1.50 Metre in Height) around Transformer shall be provided as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge for which Cost of the Same deem to be include in the Quoted Unit Rate.
