Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair glazed coloured ceramic tiles on vertical surface 300x200x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match existing surface including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Item may be repaired in patches also.

Dismantaling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as complete all as specified and directed.

All same as per item No. 28 above but except sheeting (any thickness) complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Old sheet shall be obtaind from item No - 27 above)

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing rubbish to outside defence area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling or as in sub base and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm, as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick, PCC 1:3:6, Type C-2, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Plinth protection etc, laid in alternate pannel, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing, plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, Chajjas, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, neelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 for backing of Dado/ Skirting complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured / printed tiles 450mm x 300mmx7mm thick, on vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillet complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for powder coated GI Snap grid system of size 605 X 605 mm for ceiling fixed to walls with rawl plugs and screws and hang to roof members with 2 mm dia GI wire comprising of the following sections complete all as specified and directed:- (i) Main Tee 28mmx24mmx0.3mm thick, (ii) Cross Tee 28mmx24mmx0.3mm thick and (iii) Wall angle 24mmx24mmx0.3mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 4 mm thick designer ceiling (E-board classic tiles) for insulation and accoustic purposes, 60x60 cm in size, fixed with nails to timber frame work or GI sanp grid or with staples on snap grid as in ceiling with and including dusting of surface and applying two coats of oil bond distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sqcm and over in section, in Unframed work complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Timber framed and fixed secand class hard wood clean sawn secand class hard wood in scantlings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) of Fe 410-W (Gde E250) quality-A including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan, 'Orissa' pattern, size 580mm x 440mm, white, with integral foot rests with 'P; or 'S' trap, connection to trap, and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc alongwith making good to floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC low level flushing cistern, 10 litres capacity, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets, connection to pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sunken floor treatment as per following procedures. The sunken portion shall be tested for leakage / seepage / dampness by pounding with water for 72 hours. In case any defect is noticed the portion shall be grouted with cement slurry mixed with suitable chemical & tested again. The process of grouting and testing shall be repeated till leakage / seepage / dampness is eliminated. (i) Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in any type of filling in sunken portion & cleaned the sunken potion incl vertical wall surface complete as specified and directed. (ii) Top of RCC salb in sunken portion including peripheral beams shall be plastered with 15 mm thick cement and sand mortar (1:3) using approved water proofing compund @3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement and curved adequately and allowed to dry. (iii) Two coats of epoxy resin / polymer modified cementaticious coating like brush bond of Fosroc or equivalent both on floor and walls /beams shall be applied as per manufacturer instuctions. (iv) slabs to be given 1:20 slope outward with 25 mm GI pipe spout with 300 mm projection beyond outer surface of wall complete all as specified and directed. (v) After the surface is passed by the Eng- in- charge for water tightness by flooding for 72 hrs the same shall be filled with lean concere (1:4:8) using type D2 aggregate, up to the required depth. Surface surrounding to WC Pan shall however be filled with 1:2:4 type B1.

S & F in repair 110mm bore PVC (SWR) soil, waste & vent pipe single socketed in any length with runbber ring joints & fixed to walls or in floor complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) soil, waste & vent pipe single socketed in any length with runbber ring joints & fixed to walls or in floor complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 75mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius complete all as specified and directed.

Dismatling & disconnecting old existing PVC water tank exc 250 Ltr and n.exc 500 Ltr and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for rotational moulded PVC water storage tanks 500 Ltrs capcity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoissted and including S&F ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod of 20 mm bore & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/ 20mm-210gms/ 25mm-455gms/ 40mm-690 gms) fixed in position all as specifiedand directed.

S&F for 20mm bore Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/ 20mm-210gms/ 25mm-455gms/ 40mm-690 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connecting incl cleaning for refixing or removal to stores for 15mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 15mm dia GI pipe medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls or laid in floors complete all as spcified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable roof treatement of any description including cement plaster, any thickness from roof surface, cleaning of roof surface and preparing it for further treatement and removing the debries/ rubbish material from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying APP based modified water proofing polymeric membrane, reinforcemed with nonwoven polyester fabric matt (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) of minimum 3 mm thick and minimum weighing not less than 3 kg/sqm,laid over bituminous primer on 15mm thick plastered sufaces layer in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound (WPC )@3% by weight on concrete surface roof / parapet, over lap of minimum 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on the transverse direction by thermo-fused torch flame application method and top surfaces to be treated with two coat of aluminium paint @0.15 Kg/Sqm all as per manufacturers instructions as complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or stone masonry or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished fair and even without using extra cement incl mixing of water proofing compound of approved make complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid for separately)

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or stone masonry or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished smooth and even in ceiling without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 6mm thick plywood, grade BWR, type BB, fixed with nails to timber frame work or in roof for monkey protection complete all as specified and directed. (Note: this may be executed in patch work also).

Demolition of PCC around floor trap and dismantling existing floor trap and supplying & fix of PVC floor/Nahani trap in existing pipe and embedding in cement mortar 1:1 including lowering or raising with vertical piece with PVC pipe for jointing trap and fixing gratings at true level of floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for APP based modified water proofing polymeric membrane, reinforcemed with nonwoven polyester fabric matt (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) of minimum 3 mm thick and minimum weighing not less than 3 kg/sqm, laid over bituminous primer complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Item execute in patch work also).

Material and labour laying well burnt old size bricks, straight or curved on plan , laid flat with width equal to length of brick , laid dry over electric cable for protection all as specified.
